Colton begins the show with “The Breakdown” presented by O’Neills by talking about what to watch for at the 2021 RugbyTown Sevens, the pools, and some Colorado XOs to keep your eye on (0:00-8:31). After “The Breakdown”, Colton talks with the voice of RugbyTown USA, World Rugby Commentator, and former USA Sevens Eagle Dallen Stanford about what he’s been up to, the history of RugbyTown Sevens, and some teams and players that he’s watching for (8:33-28:08). . After the interview, Colton assigns some “Required Reading”, teases next week’s show, and challenges anyone to come beat him in NBA Jam this weekend “The Loop” (28:09-30:12).

Dallen Stanford is the voice of RugbyTown USA, a World Rugby commentator and played for the USA 7s Eagles from 2007-2009. After competing in the first RugbyTown Sevens tournament, Stanford has commentated six of the last seven tournaments and will be on the mic once again in 2021.
