Justin Michael is joined by former CSU wide receiver Joe Hansley. The interview starts with Justin asking Joe about his prestigious high school career, what sold him on Colorado State, and the transition from running back to wide receiver. Throughout the episode, Joe explains that CSU had to establish a winning identity under Jim McElwain and goes over how they were able to do so. Joe goes over the differences in coaching styles between McElwain and Mike Bobo, as well as what it was like when Florida was publicly courting his head coach.
