Javonte Williams practiced during the first week of the Denver Broncos OTAs. Sean Payton is expecting and hopeful that the 23-year-old running back will be ready to go at the beginning of Broncos training camp. Russell Wilson called Williams one of the best backs in the NFL. So how valuable is Williams to the Broncos? Is he the second-most valuable player on offense outside of Wilson? How many wins is Javonte worth? On a very different note, the fellas jump into their offseason draft, starting with drafting the best fast food restaurants.

As an homage to Zac’s little brother and in opposition of the new media rules, I posit that we call the verbal diarrhea that spews forth with tension and disdain from the Visor’s pressers, “the smoke we eat everyday.” What do you say, my gents?

Shout out to Numbeez! They were showing your tweets on the Pat Macafee show Friday when talking about Russ!
I’m not a fan of the new media rules and being in the dark. That being said if we end up with 10+ wins this season then Payton can do whatever he wants in my eyes. I just want to see this team be competitive again and in the playoffs. If that means I have to spend the offseason in the dark then so be it!
I watched Brandon Marshall break that record. With Kyle eye ore Orton. My least favorite bronco of all time. I was in Dillingham, Alaska on a work trip. Dillingham is a tiny village on the west coast, there are no roads, fly in only. , other than the aluetian arm, its about as close to russia as you can get. I was in a little room about 6ft by 6ft, and the TV was super old and the picture was horrible and flickering. I was working 14 hour days, but I had asked for a few hours off to watch.
If my memory is correct, we lost. Kyle Orton threw check down after check down, which is what he was best at. And the defense allowed it because it was not going to win the game for Denver. Marshall was great as he always was, but it made me sick to my stomach to watch it. It is not a record to be proud of in my opinion.
The only good thing about Orton was he lead the way to Tebow, which was fun, which lead the way to Manning.
Thanks for the coverage.
Hey guys,
Absolutely loved your discussion of song lines on Friday’s pod. In fact, right after The Count’s question was read and before anyone answered, I audibly said out loud “Real G’s move in silence like Lasagna” and my Dad even walked into the room and asked what the hell I was talking about lol. And then Ryan gave his response and all I thought was “great minds appreciate great music”. But to bring this back to sports talk, what are your favourite out-of-pocket sport commentary moments? Mine would have to be Sean McDonough’s horrific voice cracks… they get me every time.
Cheers fellas!

Is Timmy P coming by the bar?? You guys (and the whole DNVR crew) should be proud of what you’ve built. I only wish I lived closer so I could experience it too!
