Defensive backs coach Christian Parker joined the Philadelphia Eagles and Vic Fangio for a similar role, while defensive line coach Marcus Dixon joined the Minnesota Vikings for the same role.

To replace Parker, Vance Joseph and Sean Payton signed former Wisconsin interim head coach Jim Leonhard to be their secondary coach. Did the Broncos upgrade by adding Leonhard?
