Last year, no one could visit Denver Broncos training camp. This year, the newly finished UCHealth Training Center at Dove Valley has welcomed Broncos Country for every practice.
Not on Tuesday.
That’s because, on Monday, a wild and wet rain storm blew threw south Denver, leaving the practice fields submerged under water.

The team is as bummed about the situation as Broncos Country likely is. This, from the official team site:
“We are very disappointed that today’s storm damage has forced us to close Tuesday’s practice to our fans, who have shown such incredible support to the Broncos throughout the first part of training camp,” Broncos Vice President of Operations Chip Conway said. “Our operations and grounds crews are working diligently to restore all necessary areas so that we can re-open the UCHealth Training Center to fans as soon as possible.”
The team will practice Tuesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. MT as originally scheduled. They also have practice scheduled at the same time Wednesday, but no word yet if fans will be allowed back in by then. From Aug. 13-16, the team doesn’t have practice as they take on the Seattle Seahawks in the great northwest Friday, Aug. 14 at 8 p.m. MT. Then, there are three more training camp practices, Aug. 17, 18 and 20th.
