Aqib Talib has been suspended one game by the NFL for his eye poking incident.
NFL is suspending Broncos CB Aqib Talib for one game for eye poke, as @MikeKlis reported. Talib is appealing.

Talib was charged with a personal foul penalty late in the fourth quarter of the Colts 27-24 victory over the Broncos Sunday when Talib, while running to the defense of his teammate Von Miller, took a shot at Colts tight end Dwayne Allen‘s eyes, appearing to intentionally poke him.
After the game, Talib told the media he wasn’t trying to poke him in the eyes. “From my angle I saw him head butt Von a little bit,” Talib said. “I went over there and tried to poke his head. I think my hand slipped there and hit his face.”
Take a look at the play here.
Talib is expected to appeal his suspension. Denver hosts the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday at 2:25pm.
We’ll have quotes from Dove Valley on the incident soon.
