Chauncey Billups tells DeAndre Jordan not to leave Chris Paul

According to CBS 4’s Vic Lombardi, former Nugget Chauncey Billups gave some advice to the NBA’s most highly coveted free agent DeAndre Jordan.

Chauncey told me he reached out to DeAndre Jordan. Told him it’d be silly to leave Chris Paul. He gets all his buckets thanks to Paul.

Billups played with Jordan in Los Angeles from 2011-13 and surely knows the importance of playing with good facilitators. Jordan averaged a career high 11.5 points per game in 2014-15, partially thanks to Chris Paul’s league leading 10.2 assists per game.
