Category

The most-listened-to Denver Broncos podcast in the world hosted by credentialed journalists who travel with the Denver Broncos. Hosted by Ryan Koenigsberg, Zac Stevens, and Henry Chisholm.

Denver Broncos’ star quarterback Russell Wilson said he feels “lean and mean” following an offseason in which he put in a lot of work. Comparing Wilson’s frame from last year under Nathaniel Hackett to this year under Sean Payton, it’s clear that the Pro Bowl quarterback is in better shape. Will this lead to Wilson running more like he did when he was with the Seattle Seahawks? Or will Payton try to develop him into a pocket passer like he did with Drew Brees?

Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton is one of the best offensive minds in NFL history. Is he one of the greatest head coaches of all-time too? Where does he rank among currently NFL coaches? Can the Super Bowl winning coach compete with Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid, New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay or San Francisco 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan as the best coach in the NFL right now? Is he in the top five? What about the top three? The fellas look around the league and build their NFL head coach power rankings.

Javonte Williams practiced during the first week of the Denver Broncos OTAs. Sean Payton is expecting and hopeful that the 23-year-old running back will be ready to go at the beginning of Broncos training camp. Russell Wilson called Williams one of the best backs in the NFL. So how valuable is Williams to the Broncos? Is he the second-most valuable player on offense outside of Wilson? How many wins is Javonte worth? On a very different note, the fellas jump into their offseason draft, starting with drafting the best fast food restaurants.

The Denver Broncos began OTAs this week for the first time in the Sean Payton era. On Thursday, media were allowed to watch Russell Wilson, Jerry Jeudy, Randy Gregory, Pat Surtain II and the rest of the Broncos practice. The guys were at practice and spoke with Payton, Wilson, Mike McGlinchey and Zach Allen after practice. They broke down the biggest takeaways on and off the field from OTAs.

At just 23 years old, Pat Surtain II has already established himself as one of the best, if not the best, cornerbacks in the entire NFL. Is Surtain better than Sauce Gardner of the New York Jets? Is Surtain II one of the best defensive players in the NFL already? Where does Surtain rank among the top players under 25 years old? Is he better and more valuable than Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons? Is there anything that Surtain can do to become the best defensive player in the NFL?

The Denver Broncos drafted JL Skinner in the sixth round in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Boise State. Skinner’s defensive coordinator at Boise State Spencer Danielson joins the show to talk about what type of player Vance Joseph is getting on the defensive side of the ball. Can Skinner bring a unique trait to the Broncos’ secondary alongside Justin Simmons, Kareem Jackson, Pat Surtain and Damarri Mathis? What is Skinner’s ceiling in the NFL?

The Denver Broncos already have a few solidified stars in Pat Surtain II and Justin Simmons. The team also has good quality players in Jerry Jeudy, Mike McGlinchey, Ben Powers, Zach Allen, D.J. Jones, Josey Jewell and Alex Singleton. But which player would be the best for the team to have a breakout season in 2023? Which player would be best under Sean Payton on offense? What about Vance Joseph on defense? Do players like Russell Wilson, Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, Baron Browning and Randy Gregory apply to be breakout players?

The Denver Broncos, led by Greg Penner and the Walton-Penner ownership group along with George Paton, made massive changes to the entire team this year after firing Nathaniel Hackett. With Sean Payton in charge, the Broncos signed Mike McGlinchey, Ben Powers and Zach Allen in free agency and drafted Marvin Mims, Drew Sanders and Riley Moss, to name a few. How much better are the Broncos this year? Are they a top 10 team in the AFC? Are they better than the Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers? The fellas give the DNVR Broncos AFC Power Rankings.

The Denver Broncos 2020 draft has three years of NFL film out there. Many NFL experts believe you can’t judge a draft class until three years after a draft. With that now being the case with John Elway’s 2020 draft class, what grade does that class deserve? The Broncos drafted Jerry Jeudy and K.J. Hamler with their first two picks. That class also included Lloyd Cushenberry, Albert Okwuegbunam, Michael Ojemudia, McTelvin Agim, Justin Strand, Netane Muti, Tyrie Cleveland and Derrek Tuszka.

The NFL released the Denver Broncos’ 2023 schedule last Thursday. After having a few days to digest it, what are the most important games for Sean Payton, Russell Wilson and the Broncos if they are to make a playoff run? What are the crucial moments of the season? Is this the year the Broncos finally beat Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs? What game is the most important in the AFC West?

The Denver Broncos held their rookie minicamp over the weekend. Sean Payton and George Paton’s five draft picks—Marvin Mims, Drew Sanders, Riley Moss, JL Skinner and Alex Forsyth—were all in attendance and on the field for practice. Payton and all of the rookies spoke after practice as well to break down the rookie class, along with the Broncos signing Kareem Jackson, how the offseason program is going and much more. But most importantly, Payton discussed the shocking news about Javonte Williams’ recovery from knee surgery.

The Denver Broncos schedule is unveiled on Thursday at 6 p.m. How many primetime games will the Broncos be given by the NFL in Sean Payton's first year with the team? What is the Broncos easier and most difficult month of the schedule? Will Russell Wilson be given an easier start to the season? What games are the most enticing? And, finally, the guys go through the schedule to give an early record prediction.
