Another veteran premiere defensive player may be looking for a new home this offseason.
Cardinals announced they released Darnell Dockett.

Dockett missed all of 2014 from an ACL injury he suffered in Cardinals training camp. Arizona will likely get the first chance to re-sign Dockett at a lower price, but he will test the open market.
Cardinals GM Steve Keim on Darnell Dockett: “We have been very clear about our feelings for Darnell and our desire to have him back.”
— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) February 27, 2015
Dockett has compiled 40.5 career sacks in 11 seasons, all with the Cardinals.
With the Broncos reportedly moving on from DT Terrance Knighton, Dockett could make sense as a replacement. Dockett could play both DT and DE in a 3-4 scheme, and at 33 he is likely looking to add a ring to his resume.
Dockett seems up for the challenge.
No matter the logo Im gonna win that comeback player of the year….
