I’m sure the fact that these guys assumed we lost speaks to their over-reactionary nature enough, but something should be said about the idea that 1 loss to Washington State would keep us out of the tourney. That’s just not true. It might have knocked us down a seed line or two, but ultimately, the Buffs are pretty well positioned to make the tourney. Great RPI, good SOS, no bad losses, and we play in a super deep conference. I think UCLA made the tourney last year with 19 regular season wins. The Buffs are sitting on 18 right now, with a chance to pick up 6 more (3 at home) and then the Pac 12 tourney will be wide open. Buff nation needs to calm down.
