Pleasantly surprised with the students, expected about 3 rows at tip today
— Jeremy Deischer (@roxbombers) February 13, 2016
Like most students are doing right now, Buffs just got caught sleeping on the break.

Back-to-back big-time offensive rebounds from Gordon and King for buckets. Playing with emotion.

You know who is out there pushing the tempo! Leads to an east Fortune lay up. pic.twitter.com/RkvBoU77En

Tommy was speeding down the court like a peregrine falcon there. Missed the layup but Fortune ball-hawked it.

CU crashing the glass with Josh Scott out. #cubuffs with 8 offensive rebounds & 9 second-chance points already

Still waiting on Washington to wake up and go on that 10-1 run we all know is coming…

Colorado still one or two makes away from gaining separation. But out of control passes keep giving ball right back to UW.

Brick Baby missed Saturday morning cartoons for this and completely brought her A-game.

Just some serious, second-effort plays from Buffs today. Playing with a purpose.

I will say, though, the #CUBuffs' student section is still not as weak as the Coors Events Center wifi.

— Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) February 13, 2016
Even with no Josh Scott, @CUBuffsMBB still has 32-15 rebounding edge over Washington. Have 42-28 lead with 1:27 left in 1st.
— Patrick Graham (@pgraham34) February 13, 2016
Wesley has all the points, all the rebounds and all the blocks.

*Huskies foul Wes*

11 points, six rebounds, four blocks in the first half for Wes. I'm putting on the #TripleDoubleWatch.
— RK (@RyanKoenigsberg) February 13, 2016
Colorado *could* be up more, sure. But without Josh Scott, they'll take a 12 point lead against Washington at the half.
— William Whelan (@William_Whelan) February 13, 2016
Without the conference's fifth best rebounder in Josh Scott, CU out-rebounded UW 33-17 in the first half. PLUS-16 WOW!

Akyazili with a fantastic finish, nobody can file an expense report like the freshman.
— Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) February 13, 2016
Akyazili got away with an egregious foul and a walk on back-to-back possessions. What is he, above the law?
— RK (@RyanKoenigsberg) February 13, 2016
Make that 9 straight for Akyazili (great pass from Talton on fast break)
— Neill Woelk (@NeillWoelk) February 13, 2016
Akyazili has gone bad! He's an arsonist, he just set fire to the Coors Events Center.
— Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) February 13, 2016
Akyazili is making a strong case for a promotion to lieutenant.
