I went to the Dayton game. I was disappointed in the lack of public outreach by the athletic department and alumni association. I feel the crowd could have been a bit bigger. There’s a lot of Buffs in Chicago.

Without going into the game too much, the first half felt we kept getting close only for Dayton to score. Then we took the lead in the second. The last minutes of regulation and overtime were the most intense I’ve felt for hoops in years. Then Schwartz made the buzzer beater. I can’t describe how much fun it was celebrating with Buffs a thousand miles from Boulder.
I highly recommend fans make a trip to games like this.
