Hey, Henry. I always enjoy you and RK teaming up to talk Buffs because I know RK is a diehard and he will die on Montez Hill every week. And I get it. I’m older, so I remember Hagen, Stewart, Koy Detmer and even goofy John Hessler at CU’s peak. The list of names RK rattled off were indeed horrible at the position. But what makes Montez so frustrating is that in terms of skills, to this point he has done far less than he could have. This is a guy that should be a no doubt first tier NFL prospect. I don’t know that he is or will be. Now he won’t run. Maybe that’s coaching. Maybe it’s Montez and the 6 letter word Allie used: “Scared.” Can’t be that at the next level. Hopefully he will play with the poise that he showed at ASU going forward.
