They have been doing those Chalk talks with the volleyball season ticket holders for several years now. I wonder if McIntyre did not want to do it or they did not think he was a good fit for that and so that is why they have not done them before. From Allie, and Ryan’s comments, Tucker made an impression and is great at it. Do you see Mark Perry playing star or safety going forward.

Something to ask Tad about: in the past, I recall him relying on the players to do their own free-throw shooting, and saying it’s on them to get better. I wonder if that’s still his mind-set, or if he has an improvement plan if the team’s FT% continues to struggle. I honestly have no idea how other coaches handle FT practice.

First time listening – Nice work Henry. Caught the Buffs bball game last night, and was at the buffs FB game Sat night…something exciting happening with both programs! BBall showed some serious grit last night. Agree that their offense (especially against Zone) was frustrating, but the way they can keep the game within range until they make some plays is a terrific sign. Battey needs to stay on the floor…not sure what his +/- was, but it had to be up there. They need to find another option on offense, though. Perhaps Gatling, or Siewert. When McKinley is off, we need another player with confidence to step up. Going to be a great season
