There are a surprising amount of schools with different mascots for their men’s and women’s teams. A quick review of this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_college_sports_teams_in_the_United_States_with_different_nicknames_for_men's_and_women's_teams is worth a laugh. My personal favorite is the Northland College Lumberjacks and Lumberjills, which is better (?) than the Stephen F. Austin University Lumberjacks and Ladyjacks. Honorable mention to the Tarleton State University Texans and TexAnns.

My goodness would that have been awesome.
