Yesterday, I had the crazy thought of “live” tweeting a game that happened 15 years ago. Horrible idea right? Well apparently if you chose the best game in those 15 years, people get pretty hyped on it.

That was Awesome Ryan.
Couple thoughts: 1st, thank you, this made my day so much better. 2nd, I forgot that it was already 21-0 before Chris Brown had scored at all. If you would have told me that before I re-visited this game, I wouldn’t have believed you. And 3rd, how about a Uniform combo like we wore that day. The all black pants and jerseys, gold helmets and white socks. It makes the guys look faster. Or maybe that was just the lack of defenders in the picture. Either way, I like it.

Awesome article! I have watched many Buffs games, while the 1989 27-21 Buff win still holds a special place in my heart (Especially the Hagan to JJ Flanigan touchdown pitch), and the Miracle in Michigan was amazing, but this game was just so good. I don’t think I have ever seen running holes that big since. Thanks for the memories….go Buffs!!
