The BSN Avalanche Podcast returns for the second time this week as hosts J.J. Jerez and AJ Haefele get into the conversation about Colorado Avalanche Media Day and the interesting things heard in the main team’s first meeting with the media.

The second segment features a lengthy conversation about the Avalanche assistance coach structure and the potential of the alternate captains changing this upcoming season.
