Some times all the physical skills in the world don’t matter. The history of the NFL is littered with guys who were all toolsy but couldn’t make it. Unfortunately for Lynch he appears to be another.

He is really bad at the mental game in my opinion. He doesn’t have the will to be great- and he doesn’t want it bad enough. He gets down on himself easily. His mistakes haunt him, and he can’t use them as teachable moments. Every time he makes a bad play, he just digs a deeper hole to try to hide in. He’s ashamed and he lets that control him. I think part of him will actually be relieved when he is cut. That might be the only way he’d be able to get over some of this baggage weighing him down. But even when he does find a different team and a fresh start. The same things will happen unless he COMPLETELY changes his mentality. And I’m talking a 180 degree change.

I’ve seen questions aplenty regarding his “hard work”.
