Excellent pod as always. With Free Agency kicking in, would love to hear what you think about any Broncos signees, next pod and if anyone leaves whether you thought we should have kept. Then in a couple weeks, we really can assess team needs better and then get a really educated guess at who might go where. If we take up Von’s option for example, Edge isn’t going to be a need. Where even if we take Kareem’s option with Justin Simmons on franchise tag, we would be smart to still pickup a safety.

Not easy to get tape on players here in Aus… Any suggestions on a good and a bad game for me to try to get to break down Justin Fields. He was lights out against Clemson and nothing special against Alabama, but that’s all the tape I’ve seen. I’m very hesitant on a QB with slow processing speed rumours. That sounds like sacks to me.

One last request. Can everyone give a bit of history on themselves and what teams they root for and how that came about… Fun to get to know ya a bit.

Rd 1 – The Jets had taken Fields, so I got my man Zach Wilson at #3. (Jet’s being the Jets)
Rd 3 – Hamsah Nasirildeen – S – Florida State (He can fill Kareem’s spot when it’s time)
Rd 4 – Trey Sermon – RB – Ohio State (A bargain at this point to me)
Rd 5 – Jaylon Moore – OT – Western Michigan (Potential swing tackle capable of filling inside if needed)
Rd 6 – Nick Eubanks – TE – Michigan – Fills the blocking TE role

Round 7 was all about special teams

237 – Buddy Johnson – LB – Texas A&M
239 – Malik Herring – Edge – Georgia
253 – Pooka Williams – RB – Kansas
