Fellas,
Favre was 35 when Green Bay drafted Rodgers. Rodgers was 35 when Green Bay drafted Love. Favre’s last game for Green Bay was loosing the NFC championship game in Lambeau field in his 16th year. Rodgers just completed his 16th year with a loss in NFC championship game in Lambeau field. The odds of that happening must be huge. Should we be worried that Rodgers will take the Broncos to the ACF championship and lose the game in OT to the Browns?
How say you?
Count Bridgeula
My sources say yes

Don’t you guys think the Broncos would be willing to match or top any contract offer Green Bay makes to Rodgers? If so, do you think Rodgers’ agent would know that too?
Mrs. Quill
With the quotes coming out from Davante Adams about perhaps leaving Green Bay next season if Rodgers is no longer there, I cannot help but dream of having them both in Orange and Blue. While many might call this a pipe dream, if Rodgers is indeed traded to Denver, doesn’t Adams reuniting with him make a lot of sense? How much do you think he would cost, and would you do it even if it means losing Sutton?

My boys! A couple of things I just thought of from the cereal draft:
Zac my man, you gotta get out there and try more cereals!
Also have you guys ever tried Rice Krispies Treats cereal? It’s the undrafted future hall of famer of cereals, coffin corner at the 1 on every punt, it’s that good in my humble opinion
P.S. I thought I was the worst but Joe Rowles is giving me a run for my money! While he seems more knowledgeable than your average angry typist, he just gotta CHILL, dang

My dudes! Long-time subscriber, but first time commenting. As someone who moved away from Denver to Nashville last month, I am so appreciative of the stellar work you three put into covering the Broncos and helping me continue to feel connected to home! I’m going to be depending on your coverage to make me feel even more close-to-home as this Colorado-boy goes through his first summer in the sweltering Southern humidity and the Exodus-like plague of the 17-year cicadas in a few days. Woof.
Anyway, onto my Broncos question… Assuming we are able to acquire A-aron, how do you foresee the relationship between him and Vic Fangio playing out? Do you think trading for Rodgers increases the chances of Fangio remaining the Head Coach next year, or puts him further on the hot seat?
Personally, I love the idea of pairing a defensive mastermind head coach with an MVP QB. I think that could lead to long-term success and would increase Vic’s chances of sticking around. However, given Vic’s propensity to mismanage the clock and his old-school style (which could rub Rodgers the wrong way), I could easily see Rodgers being vocal about Vic’s leadership in the media. With the Broncos management watching Green Bay right now and seeing how disastrous things can get when Rodgers does this, I feel like they would do everything they could to keep Rodgers happy, including firing a head coach who may finally be leading his team to victories.
So, what say you? Do Vic’s chances of remaining Head Coach after 2021 increase or decrease if Aaron Rodgers comes to town?
Mile High Salute to you all,
Zach Danger

Welcome to the South! The summer here is pretty brutal but you’ll survive. Just prepare to sweat a lot. Nashville is awesome, congrats on the move!

Hey guys!
Who’s the one guy, past or present, with the Los Angeles Rams that you just can’t stand, but would’ve made a great bronco and/or buc?
Auszee
As many our the community may not know this history of our beloved Broncos. My old ass thought I might share what my memories of our beloved team a player at a time. I will start with a Hall of Famer, who doesn’t have a gold jacket.
Randy Gradishar – Best inside LB in Broncos history in my opinion. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen one guy blow up more plays, but seeing the blocker, shooting the gap and blowing up the RB. He played 10 years back in the day that was a long career often back in the day. The 1977 Broncos has a QB, but it wasn’t Craig Morton, it was Randy G. That Joe Collier defense was really 90% of the team and Randy was the star. Ask Mase, he’s a member of the 20/10/7 club (ran across your shared article with Jim Saccomano). 20 interception, 10 fumble recovery and 7 Pro Bowls.
Randy Gradishar had 20 career INT’s, 13 fumble recoveries and 7 Pro Bowls in 10 years. 19.5 sacks when that wasn’t a stat and they didn’t pass much. Insanely good player. Here is who he also in this club…..
Ray Lewis, Joe Schmidt, Jack Lambert, Brian Urlacher, Willie Lanier, Ted Hendricks, Jack Ham, Dick Butkus, and Chuck “Concrete Charlie” Bednarik are in this group. This is a amazing group and most in HOF.
Randy to HOF has to happen, he was true greatness, but the HOF voters didn’t give enough credit to Broncos cause we started 0-4. But 2nd place is an accomplishment and he was greatness and deserves the jacket.
Don’t have to read, but I’ll promise to try to go shorter on next one

Gents,
Long time no comment, y’all and the community do a great job of covering all of my questions. I had one that I hadn’t heard yet but I bet you covered it already:
It must be a big deal at the executive level but, how much do you think adding Rodgers to the roster improves the value of the team both from dollars/cents and from a potential new owner credibility standpoint?
It bears noting that I’m #teambrittany but this has to be a consideration for the team.

Hey fellas. Just wondering if you could give a TLDR/cliff notes versions of our draft picks this year. I know the names, just don’t know the players. Thank you.
Casper
Fellas,
If Deshaun Watson’s off the field issues were cleared and he was available for trade, do you prefer him or Rodgers?
Russway Johnson
Zac, I am surprised you are all in on a mediocre QB. I wouldn’t call Aaron mediocre, but, he is 38 years old. Three 1s and a star player is too much for a QB that could fall right off a cliff any minute. I think it would be great to get him for two 1s and Teddy. Maybe a second round pick in there. That way, we have Drew in case Aaron has a serious injury (knock on wood). Think of the drought we have lived through. We would be facing a worse situation if we went all in on Rogers. Zac, are you with me?

Gents,
Which position battle are you most looking forward to watching? I think there is some serious competition at ILB, RB, and IOL. Much love.

Fellas!
Ben Franklin once said that an ounce of prevention equals a pound of cure. We have been paying so much to “cure” our right tackle position. What would an appropriate ounce of prevention look like at RT? A second round pick? A fourth?
On a totally unrelated note, I had a quick ice-cream cake story for Zac. Although my friends and I have grown older, we haven’t quite grown up yet. Consequently, we still enjoy the occasional “Icing” prank with the classic Smirnoff Ice.
The best Icing I ever delivered was with an ice-cream cake. I dug out the bottom of the cake and hid an Ice in the bottom of the cake! When I asked my buddy to cut the cake for us, and when his knife made contact with the glass side of that nearly frozen Smirnoff, he looked up with instant recognition and started laughing. It was a classic friend moment that we still laugh about years later. (Oh and this guy is a die-hard Packers fan – these past few weeks have been a blast razzing him over A-A-Ron).
Do you guys have any good Icing stories?
Thanks for the killer content – keep it up.

AuthorHaha what a cake!! Although VERY sweet! haha. Best icing story I’ve heard!

I was having a conversation with my best friend about the whole Rodgers trade. It seems like fans outside of Denver think Denver would have to trade all three of Sutton, Fant, and Juedy plus picks. While fans of Denver think its easier than that.
I hate the idea of trading one of those three and would find it easier to trade Chubb, with all due respect to him, but he isnt a pass catcher and is that not the problem in Green Bay right now?
PigTosser66
How about offering DaeSean Hamilton to Buffalo for Jake Kumerow……just sayin.

Tebow is back in the NFL woo! Seeing some people hate on it and compare his return to kaepernick but there isn’t much connection. Tebow is probably more of a fan draw to Florida/ a return to Urban Meyer than any serious NFL comeback. If he does come back what would you think he does statistically? Over/under 30 catches, 300 yards and 2 TDs?
