Guys. Lox and bagels. Food you can eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My wife’s family does this regularly.

Mase, who would you take before Kinlaw if he’s your dream pick at 15? A lot of analysts have the Broncos taking Ruggs because of our need at receiver. Since this class is so deep at receiver would you pass on Ruggs for Kinlaw? I’m thinking both Jeudy and Lamb will be gone, so the next best up would be Ruggs in this scenario.

Also, after watching this years Pro Bowl the entertainment factor for me has dropped. I completely understand players not wanting to hit or tackle during the game. So I propose a change similar to the NHL all star game. What about a 7 on 7 tournament. The teams would be created by divisions. So you would have the 7 on 7 team of the AFC West vs the AFC East team and then south vs north. Then the winners would face off and then take on the representative of the NFC division that made it in the championship. Players are compensated by how far in the tournament they get. I think it would create a more face paced entertaining game. My only hiccup is it makes it pointless for lineman. Thoughts?
Screw This
After spending the last 3 months listening to the podcast I decided to subscribe and comment . I even started watching the Bachelor this past week and it is actually pretty good. I am team Kelley all the way. Anyways I was wondering how much you would need to pay to keep some of the smaller free agents such as Tim Patrick, Davontae Harris, Trey Marshall, Diontae Spencer, Mike Purcell, Elijah Wilkinson, Devante Bausby, and Jeremiah Attaochu
I heard everything you said
Everyone always feels like the new thing is unstoppable (Patrick Mahommes). I remember Vick being unstoppable, no one thought he could be stopped. I remember the Broncos having the best offense ever, no one thought it could be stopped, this is a small example but for a reason. Right now it may feel like Mahommes is going to go to every super from now till forever but remember Defenses always and I mean always adjust to stop what the new trend is… the reason I kept the examples above short is because I want to hear from you guys what the best “new thing that couldn’t be stopped” memories are.

How are we gents?
Thought of the podcast last night while walking past a food market stall selling barbecued tarantulas and other arachnids in Bangkok!
Suffice to say I did not indulge, especially with the news that this Chinese coronavirus has been found to have been started by people eating bats!
Question for you guys: in the upcoming draft, do you think that somewhat paradoxically there is a possibility that due to the fantastic amount of depth in the WR and OT positions, the likes of Jeudy & Lamb as well as Thomas & Wirfs will slip further in the draft than expected due to teams knowing that there will still be fantastic prospects available in these positions on day two of the draft? The laws of economics say that this should be the case, but I think we all know that NFL teams don’t always behave rationally!
A few housekeeping items: I can remember being able to buy pop tarts for a brief period of time when I was young while living in Melbourne, but it is too long ago to be able to rank them. I vaguely remember quite liking some sort of chocolate flavored one. Unfortunately I never thought to eat them when I lived in the US in 2009, and haven’t seen them since in Australia or New Zealand.
I fly in and out of Singapore once a month, so know Changi Airport very well! My favorite feature is not one you ever read about, the free to use leg massage chairs scattered all over the terminals.
Two other downunder cuisines for you guys to add to your list: Pavlova and Flat White coffees. Australians and New Zealanders argue over who invented both of these in both absolutely insist they are right! But who really cares, both are amazing.

I truly 100% believe 2021 – 2023 is our superbowl window ….. In building this team to compete for championships so much is being ignored … .why are we not talking about how after neccessary cuts we actually have almost 90 + million in cap space not 60(CUT Flacco, Leary, Huerman, and loose weight like bully wynn kyle peko , etc ) ….. Or trading some day 2 picks to get and pay trent williams !!!! ……. And huge important pick ups?? Why are we not talking about bringing Case Keenum ( best year of his career in this system has a rapport with the team great mentor for drew great backup ) and Danny Trevathan (free agent knows this system great vet prescence) with that said …we make the playoffs and are in a Superbowl window if .. #1 we continue with B+ or better drafts …..and we grab ….. Trevathan, keenum, Trent Williams , chris jones or erik armstead , and retain or replace chris and 100% retain Justin Simmons ….. We got the money we got the picks LETS DO THIS !!!!!

Hey guys, what is our record this year if we have Shurmur from the beginning? Would Joe Flaccid have been any better under his offense?
OnionTownLynx
Hey guys, been a while.
With the debut of the XFL approaching, I do have a few questions for you.
OnionTownLynx
1. If you were to name one thing that could get you to watch a full game, what is it? 2. If Paxton Lynch went to the XFL, where do you think he would rank among QBs?
3. Mr B
4. Do you think this league could help players who flamed out in the NFL to get another shot or show off their strengths at a level other than college?
4. Now this is a bit out there, but if Trevor Siemian played in the XFL would you watch a game?
5. Who would benefit the most from playing in the XFL?
Sorry about all the questions but I had a sudden urge to watch subpar football and couldn’t resist asking.
Go DNVR, and go Broncos!

Mase very sorry to hear of the event with you Dog. Things that make me cry….. That makes me cry every time. That’s always tough! Thoughts are with your family!
I heard a lot about Montez last week but I was always more interested in Taylor from CU.. how was he? I was hoping he could be a late round snag for the broncos.
Your thoughts
World of Suck
Boys, let’s talk punters! Why in the world are punter statistics so primitive? There’s really 2 different kind of punts: punts that flip the field and punts that pin the other team deep in their own territory. Yet the statistics only care to tell you things like yards per punt! Well, a punt can travel 35 yards and pin the other team within their own 5 and be a quality punt. But 35 yards is terrible from a yards per punt perspective. We need separate numbers for punts that are pinning opportunities and punts that are flip-the-field opportunities!
Now, onto kickers! I think we need a comprehensive stat something like the NBA’s true shooting percentage that gives kickers extra credit when they are successful from deep, but doesn’t count the short range kicks for as much. I know that’s not exactly how the true shooting percentage works, but it would be helpful to have a number that evaluates the kicker’s success against the expected points per attempt given the range of each kick. Ryan, I hope developing these analytics was the project you’ve been taking on this season!!
One thing I don’t understand exactly is why most scouts leave prior to the Senior Bowl. Is there any particular reason for this? I guess I understand having an evaluation after three days of practice but it would be better for the game itself if scouts stayed and added to their evaluation from the game. Curious to hear your takes on this.

Very off football comment but something cool coming with Breckenridge Brewery? If this isn’t an export service, I’m going to be severely disappointed!

KJ Hill is looking like a BEAST. Later round pick for us? I’m not saying that we don’t bring in a receiver round 1, but maybe bring in 2 receivers this draft. Jeudy/Ruggs and Hill?
This pod gets me through my day and really boosts my mood every day I listen. Have a fantastic day guys, go dnvr

Lastly, Rest In Peace to Kobe Bryant. The impact he made on not only basketball, but all of sports, is incredible. We love you Kobe, rest easy ?
The Big T
For sure 2 receivers, and I think Hill is Round 1 Talent, that will be available late in Round 2. Personally, I would target an OT or a MAJOR Defensive Piece in Round 1, or, if none available, trade back for ‘Viska and trade up into 2 for KJ Hill, and get them both. Totally depends what happens 1-14 for me; I have 3 or 4 draft strategies, but totally depends what happens. Also hugely dependent on what happens at combine and pro days too.

There’s some guy on Twitter saying that if the Chargers draft Jordan Love, then the Broncos would have the 3rd best QB in division. Mase, did you see anything from Love that would suggest he’d be a better prospect than Lock?
Speaking of Senior Bowl QBs, Anthony Gordon looked pretty good out there! That off-platform throw to Gandy Golden in the back corner of the end-zone? *chefs kiss* Would y’all consider spending a Round 3 or Round 4 pick on him to be a backup with upside?
RIP Kobe, Gigi and the other 7 people killed in the crash.
(BTW- and no need to read this aloud- Mase, I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. Thank you for sharing your memories of George with us all. He seemed like a very good boy!)
Amirite or Amarillo
I’ve always been a football-first sports fan. Broncos-first, at that…but hey it’s the off-season so what’s the harm in a little baseball talk perhaps? I think I’ve heard Mase mention being a Braves fan before and I’m sure rightly assume RK and Zac are Rockies fans? I am, by my own admission, a fair-weather Texas Rangers fan. I guess it’s ok if you admit it. However, last summer was the first season of baseball for the new San Diego Padres Double-A affiliate: The Amarillo Sod Poodles. They’re a really fun team with a really weird name and a ballpark (Hodgetown) that is more fun to catch a game in than any of the 4 MLB parks where I’ve attended games. Do any of you have a minor league baseball team that you support? Do you know of any hidden-gem type stadiums or ballparks you could shoutout?
