Run the ball, run it again, run it some more. Put together an awesome defensive performance. Take advantage of big play opportunities when they arise. This is pretty much the only way the boys are winning on Sunday.

Man, I feel like every year the Chiefs defense is awful, then turns into a top 10 unit in the last two months. I’m very anxious about this game.

Thanks DNVR team for all the great work and keeping us hype for this weeks game! I don’t want to jinx anything but I think you are all giving WAY too much credit to the Chiefs D. They may be better than they were earlier, these great stats came against the Giants (trash), Packers (w/o Rodgers = trash), and the horribly inconsistent Raiders and Cowboys. Sure, we can be inconsistent too but we have a solid blue print and perhaps some momentum.

Love all of y’all but I’m with Mase on the Fangio thing, anything could happen but as of now, I still think he’s gone. RK, your take on his safety is as bad as your uniform style takes!

Just teasing, it all won’t matter in a few months when Fangio is gone and we have Todd Bowles and Russell Wilson.

My Boys! Man, I’m so ready for this game. Going to have the potential to be an insane evening – going to the CBJ game and then coming home to watch the Broncos on Sunday Night Football. I wish sports betting was legal here in Ohio so I could put a bid on the Orange and Blue and make the upset win that much sweeter. Wish I was in town so I could make it to the DNVR Bar, I know that place is going to be popping off. I got some Strawberry Sky stashed away for Sunday though.

Cheers fellas,

– Alex

My boys! Long time no comment hope you guys are big chillin. I am FREAKING OUT about this Sunday. I can’t remember the last time I was this nervous before a game! I’ve been eating buckets of chicken every night just to get to sleep. Okay not really but you get my point. I really hate the chiefs and I am wondering what are each of your most hated sports franchises?

May we all find our bucket of chicken in these stressful times

hey guys,

how different do y’all think the team would be right now if elway was still the GM? i think we all think that he would’ve traded for darnold but what else would be different? does darnold beat drew out in a competition? is vic fired already? is von still on the team?

December 2, 2021

If Vic and Pat are back next season, does this impact our chances of getting a veteran QB? Last year we were not on Russell Wilson’s list from last offseason and I’m curious if Rodgers (who I’m not convinced will leave GB) would have any objections to a Fangio/Shurmur coached offense.

Secondly, if we do retain this staff and go the rookie route, who do you think would be the Paton/Shurmur/Fangio pick? My guess would be Kenny Pickett or Sam Howell.

I think another key to the game is special teams playing well. Giving a team like the Chiefs a special teams gift can ruin a close game or cause Broncos to panic and lose hope fast. Broncos need to have another special teams play like pinning the opposing offense, causing a field goal block/ shank, or even a great kickoff return if they want to be competitive and have some fire on Sunday.
