If we do not succeed in luring a Rogers or Wilson type QB to Dove Valley, and end up drafting a QB high in round one, from what you know now about the draft class, who would you guess has the “mental toughness and Intelligence “ Hackett desires?

Guys!! Your coverage this week has just been on fire but I have to say you grossly undersold the amount of enthusiasm we need to have for our new coach. This guy is the real deal, I saw a 30 second clip from his presser on IG today and two things jumped out:

1-his personality is impossible to not love, his energy oozes out of every word, the instant he started talking I wanted to ask him to grab a beer and go do karate with me in the basement, I love it!

2-offensive philosophy……..YESSSSS!!! Everything we’ve been begging for, designing the playbook around your players, setting up the pass, using the run to build a strong game plane, and giving props to Big John and McAffrey. I love it.

I know drew isn’t the future but I almost want to see him spend a year under This guy just to see how insanely creative he can be. I’m sold

Early last week had to do a twitter purge of a lot Broncos media because I couldn’t take their drama anymore. Then late in the week #ALLCAPSGATE happened and I was so happy to see the way you guys handled it I finally pulled the trigger and subscribed to DNVR!!! So excited to join the DNVR family and for the direction the Broncos are heading!!! GO BRONCOS!!!

I hate to be the guy to bring this up, but it’s been on my mind as of late… what do you think Hackett makes of Drew Lock? The two guys Hackett has had the most success with are Aaron Rodgers and Blake Bortles, and Drew has shades of both.

Do you think Hackett may feel like he could get something out of him? Obviously he wouldn’t be Plan A, but knowing the personalities of the two it’s not hard to imagine them falling in bromance and Lock becoming Hackett’s pet project.

Also, George Paton is gonna like a genius this off-season when We trade for Rodgers and Von comes back after hopefully winning a Super Bowl with the rams.

I truly believe von comes back if we get a QB. Paton probably was like before he was traded, I’m gonna send you to get a ring this year, use that capital to get a QB, and then give you a contract to retire in Denver. I really hope that happens, seeing von happy has made me really miss him. Come home please!

so it turned out the broncos were a couple of goal-line fumbles from beating the two teams in the AFCCG, and obviously now the bengals in the SB. maybe they are closer than we think!

Hello from the PNW. Being surrounded by Seahawk fans, I can’t tell you how happy it makes me seeing all of the unhappy Seattle fans watching the Rams going to the Superbowl. Okay, a couple of questions: 1: Mase, you said you had Mexican food in Seattle that was “as good as in Denver.” WHERE? You’ve got to tell me where. I am begging you. 2: How in the hell did Josh McDaniels get hired before Eric Bieniemy? Bieniemy seems like a way better choice for LV. Could you also refresh us on the bad history between the Broncos and McDaniels? I know he was a bad hire in Denver, but what other context is there for us to have a personal grudge against him and refuel our Raiders rivalry? Thanks for everything you guys do!

First off-Congratulations to the Denver Broncos East-AKA the Cincinnati Bengals on beating the Chiefs and thank you for eliminating the 2 most hated teams in Broncos Country on your way to the Super Bowl

Now down to business-Thoughts on Denver bringing in Rodgers. I like how everyone wants him to mentor Drew Lock, but we forget one thing. How did that work with Jordan Love? My guess if we bring in Rodgers, we need him to be the undisputed future (even short term).

And finally, it will be nice to have offensive consistency with Hackett. Bring in McDaniel as OC, and promote/hire (Fill in the blank) as QB coach. Bring in a late round pick lock Brock Purdy as our future (I watched him a few games, looked good but not a top rated QB from what I see)
