It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for me so I’ve been away from the pod and all the good content, so if you’ve already talked about my question then just let me know what day y’all talked about it and I’ll chase it down!
Last time I was listening and reading about Drew and Teddy, I remember hearing a lot of concern about “Steady Teddy” being potentially TOO steady. My pushback on that is that anyone that would be receiving the ball from Teddy is an after-contact yardage player, right? Fant, Jeudy, Melvin, KJ, are all verging on elite after-contact play makers, right? So what is the real worry with Teddy doing a version of dink and dunk with big time play makers that likely won’t let many of those plays be for only 1-3 yards?
I think there’s a lot of potential for an explosive offense if Teddy wins the job, just a different kind of explosive than Drew.

Do you guys expect the NFL to stick with a 17 game regular season for a long time? It is a ridiculous number. The cicadas emerge from hibernation every 17 years because it is a ridiculous number so no predators have learned to expect it.
