Hearing how Zac’s mother wouldn’t buy anything orange reminds me of a story I think you will all like.
My wife doesn’t care about sports and she hates the color orange. So for every holiday I would joke that I was going to get her an orange Broncos jersey. Eventually she started to reply with “you can get me a Broncos jersey as long as you get me a green one” (her favorite color). One day in 2017 months before Christmas I was at work and it hit me out of nowhere. GET HER A VIRGIL GREEN JERSEY. Right away bought one and was excited for months telling her I got her a Green Broncos jersey and she would just laugh it off. Her face on Christmas was priceless.
She must still love me because she will still ware it once a year on Superbowl Sunday.

Since it’s the off-season, let’s go around the league. Every fan of every team, except maybe the Texans, has one thing they love to gripe about: Hall Of Fame snubs. Some were just hard to guage their impact. Some were overlooked. Others were despised, ala the Jose Conseco effect. Some flew so far under the radar, no one outside the team’s fans even knew who they were. Give these unsung heroes of the gridiron some love. Starting in the NFC west, who is the most glaring of Cardinals Hof snubs?

My boys! Love the content and enjoyed listening with D-Line Friday. A couple of comments.
First, just got the Let’s Rid3 and Kemperor shirts. Great quality, style and art work. I love them. Second, there have been talks of Wilson’s chances of winning MVP but it is a bad idea. Here’s why. The last league MVP to hoist the Lombardi in the same season was Kurt Warner in 1999. 9 league MVPs since 2000 have made the Super Bowl but all lost. I’d rather you have to change the opening song because “number 5 we’re still waiting for” than Russ win MVP. Love all the DNVR team podcasts and keep up the outstanding coverage.

Gday boys!! Just wanted to let you know that I managed to stumble across the line in my 4 marathon ASL fundraiser. I started at midnight and was done by 11.20pm. After a few sore days, despite full of blisters, I feel recovered and extremely proud. I also managed to raise over $13,000!! I’d love to go into more detail, but I’ll save that for when I get to meet you guys later this year. If you are busy working during that time as media/journalists, could you describe what your day looks like during the course of the draft?

If PS2 was in this years draft, how high do you think he’d go? I hear a lot about Sauce Gardner going top 5 and don’t think he could hold Pats Jock, so would Pat be a top 3 pick? I think as the years pass, we’re going to laugh about how we stole him at 9.

I am working for a dealership changing oil. Its a s low day so I am tucked away on a computer refreshing the NFL free agency tracker as fast as I can, no idea I am about to refresh the page into history.
Peyton Manning has signed a 5 year deal with the Denver Broncos. I did back flips throughout the shop hooting and hollering! My co-workers we confused and mad. “Settle down” they tell me. I am 18, and my favorite football team signed Peyton F’n Manning, I was not going to settle down.
March 2022.
I am working as a manager for an electric supply house, I am sick. Working through a head cold, I am away from desk for over an hour cutting wire and helping customers. I come back to my office and see a text from my best friend. It reads “F*** you, how dare you take Russ away from me.”
I see the next notification “Denver has traded for Russell Wilson”
I am 29, no more back flips but I did do my best heel clicks while jogging my fat butt through our warehouse.. What a day!

My boys! Catching up on pods from a short work week last week but wanted to get everyone’s take on my long-term (and long shot) parlay. I have the Avs winning the Stanley Cup, Suns taking the NBA championship, Rockies winning the NL West and the Broncos taking next year’s super bowl. Gentlemen,
Ever since the NFL announced that the draft would be held in Vegas, I’ve been itching to go. Had my trip booked for the 2020 draft but we know how that ended. Booked again the moment they announced the 2022 draft would be there!
Prepared to walk around on Thursday saying “Who needs a first round pick? We got Wilson!” Knowing that we don’t have a lot of draft capital to play with, who would be the surprise Broncos player that COULD be traded that would allow us to move into the first round draft discussion?
