Hey fam.

Been about a week since my last comment, probably due to my son being born a week ago today. The Madden league knows about my kid but I thought I’d share our excitement with everyone else!

I got to play podcast catch up and binged about 4 podcasts. Some of my thoughts are a little late.

Firstly, ALL mustard is fantastic. I don’t discriminate. Bout to start a protest for mustard equality. Delicious.

Second, Mase, you’re tomato sandwich sounds awful. And I like tomatoes. Give me the lettuce and bacon. You’re fascinating story of your aunt and uncles Farm doesn’t further sell your weird sandwich.
It belongs with Pizza minus the Pepperoni and cheese, or ceasar salad without the chicken and dressing. Something’s clearly missing.

Now for my Broncos question. Last pod y’all talked about receivers. And Zac and Mase said they still had hope for Daesean Hamilton. In that vein, does he have a chance to be a WR 1 someday, (Not necessarily in Denver), does he have the athletic potential?
A. Impossible
B. Improbable
C. Possible
D. Probable
E. Definitely

Defend you’re answer.

Thanks fam.
PS. Zac, Will Grier smoked me last night too. Don’t feel too bad.
I have spoken, MileHighMike.

I don’t think Hamilton will be a WR1. As far as becoming a good slot (so, WR3), I think that it’s possible.

Yes or no, do you guys think Drew Lock gets booed by the Denver crowd this season? I give it about a SEVENTY FIVE percent chance of happening, so I’m going to say yes! All it takes is a slow start in week 1 or a few back games to awaken the true savages within Broncos country. Obviously, this question assumes the presence of fans—no loopholes!

I know we often joke about how Mase has some sort of mutant ability due to his wealth of knowledge and uncanny ability to see things developing way ahead of others but i FINALLY have the proof of it!

Here i am just minding my own business at work (0300 hours) when Mase out of nowhere mentions Jim Plunkett’s name….AS I’M PATROLING BY HIS HOUSE. Seriously Mase, just come out and admit you attended The Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters. You’re among friends.

Which 2020 game will provide the most opportunity for Drew Lock and Co to score 30 and why and how?

I have not listened to this pod just yet so sorry if this has been covered but after the comments of one “ochocinco” and watching the footwork drills of our rookie wrs, juedy and hamler, I started to think. How would this team shape up long term if all three of our wr end up being pro bowlers. Can a team satisfy a wr core with that much talent? Do you foresee one or two of them wanting to be traded or possibly refuse to sign with us bc they want to be the main target elsewhere? Are we getting ourselves into a Shaq Barrett kind of situation? If that’s the case should we look to trade them to recoup some value? I understand that we have an aging expensive defense and that money and be moved over to offense as time goes on but we also have a lot of young talent such as chubb and Justin Simmons that will be heavy on the cap hit as well and not to mention drew lock will need to be paid if he turns out to be the guy a bit sooner than most due to draft in rd 2. Again how do you see the money and the pieces fitting in the next few payment periods.

Hey Guys so some context and feedback from yesterday …..maybe not in the sports world but in the fantasy world Daniel Jones is being viewed as a huge sleeper with an immense amount of upside yet people aren’t sure about Drew ……. Drew has the coach that made Daniel Jones successful lol …. He has better weapons then Jones did last year and is a better qb …… Drew is a low end qb2 and Daniel Jones considered a qb1 with top 10 upside ….. I intend to draft drew with my last 5 picks in every draft I can ! Lol ……. So yea fantasy world is sold on Daniel Jones and I don’t understand lol …….

Anyways question for today ……. Some Ls people are calling for us should be guaranteed wins Tom Brady historically doesn’t play well in milehigh …. I’m not sure why that win is assumed by some ….but the biggest one I saw ? Drew brees is 2-8 vs the broncos !!! Lol he’s never beaten them in milehigh ever and is 2-8 against the bronco’s why is that win automatically assumed given how drew isn’t good outdoors and has the past few years fallen off a cliff in the late part of the season …… Could u see us losing those 2 games because I don’t……

One last thing .. . Watching the last saints vs bronco’s game ? Gets me excited about Courtland ….. Courtland had issues getting seperation as a rookie, but My God if he had a game as bad as the game that Michael Thomas had against us his rookie year ? Geesh … Michael Thomas had a dreadful day that game but hey … Now he’s the best wr in the league so …. Courts looking good in my opinion

Hey guys here’s something fun what do you think the first play of the regular season will be vs what you want it to be.

I think it will be an outside handoff to Melvin for 5 yards. What I want is a deep shot to kj right away to show them we are playing big right away and get them scared. Peace and much love.

MY BOYS! Happy Hump Day/We Get Mad Wednesday! At the time of posting this comment, there are only seven comments, which inspires this question, what is your favorite less heralded moment of John Elway’s playing career? What is a favorite underrated move or moment during Elway’s tenure in the Broncos’ front office?

I finish my comment with a quote from The Duke himself: “I’ve experienced the highest of highs and lowest of lows. I think to really appreciate anything you have to be at both ends of the spectrum.”

As always, thank you for entertaining my questions and comments, as well those of others within the DNVR Community. DNVRMY SALUTE!
