Glad Gordon is gone, he well deserved to be cut a LONG time ago. Maybe Grahm Mertz wisconsi qb is a good 6th round option, always had talent but never quite figured it out. Anyway, as an OSU fan and alum Give me Fields and the top 5 pick this year and 9 last year instead of suratin and russ, I love PS2 but we have had Champ on a bad team already, it just doesnt work. On the bright side, Go Team USA!!!

Hearing Hack’s recap of his duties on the sideline confirmed that this guy is in over his head. A few years back I watched Reid after giving up play calling to Bienemy and he stayed involved in the offense. He went over adjustments between series with Mahones, worked through game plan adjustments and still handled game management.

Our Hack of a HC on the other hand still struggled with game management and said he chatted with players and amped up fans, he doesn’t know his job. My theory is the owners already decided he’s gone but don’t want to rock a sinking boat mid season, Outten being a Hackett acolyte is gone too so Kubiak is being used to steady the ship. It wouldn’t surprise me if the owners directed Paton to put him out of work on the sideline so he can’t affect games anymore.

It’s just one theory but it wouldn’t surprise me if we see Hack and Outten axed on black Monday and Kubiak elevated to OC while they interview coaches that want a Kubiak scheme for their offense. Pizza bet anyone?!

Hey gang; reminder #1: Va Beach Broncos is a father (me, Billy) and two sons (Nathan, 19 and David, 14).
Reminder #2: Va Beach is close to North Carolina, and about a 5 1/2 drive to Charlotte. So within days of the schedule coming out, David (who has a thriving dog-sitting business) bought 3 tickets to the Panthers game; imagine the anticipation throughout the summer!
We’re all still “kind of” excited, but more for the road trip, the hotel stay, the wandering through a beautiful city, and of course seeing an NFL game (which the boys have only done once before).
a couple questions (for you or any other commenters): What should we write on our signs? Should we wear paper bags?
Second: I don’t suppose there will be any DNVR representation there? If not, David (our hopeful future sports journalist) would be glad to provide live updates and cover the press conference afterwards for you. We would just need 3 press passes.

This past summer my Fiance suprised me with Broncos Cheifs tickets for my birthday, i was so excited i was litterally in tears. And then the season started. Week by week it becomes harder and harder to keep that same level of excitement. But then we realized the only way to make this game worth it at this point was to atleast exspirence a super sweet tailgate, so we got our tickets and will see you guys and anyone else in joining the DNVR tailgate! Not gunna lie im stoked to see the bar and meet some awsome broncos fans! As they say misery loves company . I apriciate you guys making each big L easier to deal with. That being said, i need to vent. Rk said it best, This team is an Embarressment! They are embarrassing to watch and i am completely embarrassed wearing anything broncos(witch is 95% of my wardrobe) i have NY Jets fans laughing at me… think about that for a second. We embaressing. Enough said

Sign Adrian Peterson. We would have a HOF quarterback and running back. Who could stop us? Oh, that’s right, ourselves… at some point, this has to end, right? We are slowly becoming the browns. I started listening to this pod during the BSN days. Not once have we been good. Maybe I’m the curse? At least the broncos in the Xbox madden league are half-decent. They got some DAWGS. All jokes aside, this rough season has turned a corner. I feel like now that we’re coming to grips with how bad the team is, it is only building character for when we inevitably rise again.

The Melvin situation is the story of the last few seasons. My good buddy Alex sent me a mixtape of all Melvin’s fumbles in orange and blue… It was painful to see all the games surrendered in a single play.

Do you think that Fumbies legacy will be remembered? I can just see Diehards (in the requisite English accent) referring to players blowing the game like; “Well, he’s being an absolute Melvin, innit?”

Where are you guys at with our receiving corps? Going into the past couple seasons there were expectations that they could develop into one of the top groups in the league. Yes, the QB play has been bad but I feel like our top receivers were overrated to be honest. Courtland completely disappears for huge stretches and when he is producing he doesn’t make a ton of impact plays. Jeudy is a talented route runner but ultimately the drops and injuries haven’t made up for it along with his questionable maturity, KJs always hurt, Tim Patrick is solid but not a #1. A great receiving group would elevate the QB play even just a little but over the past few years I haven’t seen much if any dropoff between them and the Kendall Hinton and Jalen Virgil types.
