I can’t believe none of you caught the modified Star Wars quotes… Darth Vader’s/Anakin’s three most famous (infamous) quotes. At least I got a good slander session of Chief’s fans out of it!

Hey, I have never left a comment before and do not know if this will be read but I thought it was something that should be talked about before the game.
Your fighting on whether or not to have an aggressive or passive playstyle reminded me of poker playstyles. There aren’t just two playstyles like you guys are saying. I think in the argument you are having a Tight Aggressive playstyle can sum up what both Mase and Zac want.
I am no expert in poker but there is a perfect analogy for this. In poker, you cannot just play aggressive on every hand that’s dealt, you are being loose and you will lose all your money against good players like Mase is saying. You also cannot just play passive on every hand, by giving up when you are pressured as to not lose quote on quote.
The best playstyle for beginners or underdogs is to play aggressive and tight. You don’t play the majority of hands and wait until you decide to play (not always with the best cards). But when you do play, you throw chips into the table with intense aggression. I think this is how the Broncos should approach the game. First down runs and screens throughout the game plan. This takes time off the clock and doesn’t break your back as the tight playstyle does. But when they do decide to take a risk they should go all in. We should throw it deep to Juedy, design a QB run, or throw out a unique play with a weird personnel. The titans do this well and it is why the Raiders both ran the ball a lot while also hitting Henry deep twice.
I hope this helps

Tampa Bay has a chance to win back to back championships? Rays‘ stadium is not even in Tampa. It’s in St Petersburg. Fraud.

Good afternoon gentlemen, we’re about midway through the third quarter and three turnovers in. Our defense is playing pretty well. I’m loving the pressure we’ve put on Mahomes. Hugely positive takeaway from today. The running game has been solid too. Between Lock still having some growing pains and a new offensive coordinator in a COVID impacted offseason, games like this are gonna happen. It’s sucks that it happens against the chiefs, but whatcha gonna do.
Did you guys notice a difference in defensive scheme or gameplay this week? Mahomes has not seemed as comfortable and been under pressure a lot more. It’s been great!
Keep the faith my Bronco brethren and stay safe.

‘@RK do you still think lock is the guy?
Today is saw massive accuracy concerns, terrible feet, and almost no ability to read the D
Both picks were on him. Yes, KJ could have caught it but if you throw an accurate slant it’s 30 yards on that play.
These don’t seem like growing pains to me they seem like deficiencies.

Ugh. Flea flicker against the Griefs. Really. Smh. Defense looks like it is trying but special teams and the offense are dying out there. I like Drew. Drew needs to relax and learn to take what they are giving him though. Forced it a few too many times for my liking. My birthday is this Wednesday but I am not getting my birthday wish. Oh well there is always next week. Time to go drink a Christmas Ale and relax a little.

Had a lot of high hopes to get the upset but once fangio and shurmur came up with stupid plays In the snow I knew this game wasn’t gonna go right. What’d you guys think it was ?Play calling or Lock ? #FUKC

Had too make another comment sorry about that but I feel like
This coaching staff is setting up Drew for failure , they don’t run the ball when it’s working , they don’t throw too juedy , they don’t feed Noah fant the ball in the red zone and they sure don’t f****** know how too use KJ !!!!!! And they don’t even call screens for Melvin. So disappointed in this team , I was so used too winning. Now it feels like every other game we’re losing cause of stupid calls or coaching !

That was a brutal game, my friends but let’s pump the breaks a bit. At the end of the day, when are evaluating the SEASON and Lock’s progress through the season. This was a stinker but hardly all on his shoulders. But I will admit he reverted to a lot of bad old habits and that just can’t happen.
I’ll be more worried if he does it in the upcoming two weeks. The Broncos may have lost the first Chiefs game, but they’ll get another crack at them again later in the season.
Right now, we need to regroup, focus on a tough Chargers team and a Falcons team that can’t seem to get out of its own way. This will be a MASSIVE two weeks in Broncos Country
Mile high salute to the haters

Don’t read aloud: I am placing this comment in both of the last two pods because I’m not sure which ones are going to be covered today. Thanks.
Start:
I share all the concerns of Broncos Country about Lock and the poor performance against Kansas City. But through my sorrow I am searching for a way to be a better fan by striving to learn how to pronounce Okwuegbunam.
I transcribed the exchange from the broadcast yesterday when he caught a pass for 5 yards on 2nd and 9 at 6:43 left in the 2nd quarter. Kevin Harlan seemed to be responding to the criticism that it got mispronounced last week.
Harlan (after the completion): And this is Lock’s college teammate, Oak-weg-BOO-num out of the University of Missouri…
Jay Feely: I know you were surprised last week when Lock continued to throw to O-KWAY-boo-num…
Harlan: A lot of letters, a lot of vowels, that’s the way he wants it said…
That made me think initially that its been being said wrong on this pod all this time but then it came up on the post game pod. I’m mystified!
One other really quick note, somebody said something last week about declaring a favorite host in the past. You guys are all great and I followed Mase over here from the Broncos, but I am on team Zac.
Thanks for the awesome coverage,
