Between the report cards and assessing who to cut, it brought to mind something – This franchise should not be allowed to sign anyone with significant injury history until the team medical staff is getting an ‘A’. I am hopeful we will see bigtime investment there.
This team has a history of trying to fix up high upside players rather than just get a reliable option (see Butt V. Kittle).
Was the report card telling as far as what owners in the NFL are tightwads?
