hey guys,
i’m not sure if y’all remember this but i was talking about doug pederson as the broncos next head coach the second he got fired in philly and brought it up a few times last season, so it’s good to see that start to gain traction now! that’s definitely the route i’d like them to go and i think it makes a ton of sense for where the broncos are as a team.
i saw charles robinson say something interesting the other day. he was talking about dan quinn pulling his name out of the jacksonville search, and said that he expects jerry to make him the highest paid DC in the hopes of keeping him around. if that’s the case, the figure of what jerry can pay his co-ordinators and what the broncos can pay their head coach is probably in the same ballpark.
i know people are theorizing that dan quinn just didn’t like the jacksonville job, but isn’t it equally likely that he’s not itching to be a head coach again because he knows that jerry will pay the big bucks and he can stay in his lane as a DC?

Give me Quinn and Pederson over what we have now, any day of the week. Shoot, I’d rather Zac, Mase and RK be OC, DC, and HC over what we have now. I’m not even kidding……much

do you guys still see us targeting a big QB for next year ? Or do you think we are drafting one ?

Hey guys,
I am just wondering what the criteria (if there is one) that the NFL has to move games due to covid? They just moved 2 games for teams but once again were not inclined to move the broncos. To be clear I don’t think it would have mattered, just wondering what the difference between the broncos situation was compared to the other teams.
Also, finally Noah Fant playing ball like a top 20 pick, great to see!

Hey guys,
Two quick questions for you…
First one for Mase…
I know he likes to keep in touch with things back in blighty. Has he watched any of the darts this Christmas? It was superb as always. And some of those shirts will give his Puma gear a run for its money.
Second question for all…
Do you think there’s a chance that Vic stays because Paton wants to then let Rodgers or Wilson be involved in hiring the next HC?
Cheers
Charlie
Question fellas, I know there’s a significant desire to have a youth movement in our coaching staff, but how would you guys feel about Jim Caldwell at HC with Mike Zimmer as DC? Also any ideas who may be OC if Caldwell were the pick? Quinn seems to be the “insiders” favourite, but Caldwell makes a lot of sense to me if I’m looking at this through my Paton Lenses.

Hey guys! I can’t see paton giving up on Vic. I heard yesterday that Vic has developed alot of guys. And you are right. he has! not only has he developed patons guys but he as also developed Elways guys which is more impressive. Elway was terrible in the draft and then fired the Head coach because of his inability to find tallent/QB. He has developed a high percent of Paton’s players. This is a major reason why Vic will stay in town. Do you see this in the same way? If not please explain! Thanks! PS…. Thank you guys for taking action in Boulder! I have family that lives out there and is blessed that DNVR is helping out their community in any and every way Possible!

Hey friends! While it seems like most of us agree Fangio should not return as HC, but are worried about losing his defensive mind – who should the Broncos be targeting for DC in 2022/23 (assuming we go with an offensive minded HC, which I know is far from a guarantee)? Love the show, keep it up.
