Hey DNVR fam anybody an eye doctor? The Shady Rays read has been itching my brain lately, and I’m looking for clarification. The boys say polarization protects your eyes, but isn’t that all dark lenses? My understanding is that polarization brightens up dark areas so you don’t have to take off your sunglasses when looking into a dark shady spot like the trunk of your car. Not trying to bash Shady Rays, I’m sure they have great sunglasses, misleading advertising is a pet peeve of mine.

TDSP MT RUSh Coaching top 4 is legit. #4 has to be Kubes. He is Broncos Royalty through and through and what you all didn’t really talk about was his in-season coaching moves in 2015. Not only did he coach a team full of stars to a title, but he Benched a 1st ballot HOFer and then knew exactly when to put him back in. And, he coached the Brock Lobster to a marvelous run. He knew exactly how to use CJ. He let the dancing bear do his thing with the D. His 2015 job was a master class in coaching, the likes of which The mike high city hasn’t really ever seen in terms of pushing all the right buttons at the exact right time. Only someone who knows the game from all the angles like Kubes could have done that.

Morning everyone..

I’ve slightly fallen in love with a member of the DNVR Podcast, not actual love, of course, but from a football analysis perspective, and also life analysis too. This dude is just like me, I’m sorry to tell him.

Sure, this is totally subjective, and only my opinion, but after every Podcast I’m left with feelings like ‘he really gets the game of football’, or ‘he really understands competitive sport’, or ‘shoot, this guys gets it more than the other two’, and these types of thoughts have continued, daily, usually, for the last 6 months or more. Furthermore, his opinions on life marry up, usually, with my own too.

Now this is where I must bash the other two, as he comes against a near constant disagreement, belittling, mockery, or attempted humiliation, by you both, usually in jest, but not always. Yet he consistently just bats back your attempts at ripping his opinions apart, on sport, on life, whatever it may be. He never gets mad, just backs up what he’s saying with fact and solid opinion, even tho’ he sometimes might have a ‘WTF are these guys talking about’ look all over his face, his opinions almost always line up with my own. He’s what keeps me listening..

So this leads me onto my question; how much competitive sport have you all played? Who played the higher level of football, or any team sport (bowling and golf do not count RK, as they’re not sports, and clearly not team sports #shotsfired), and I wonder whether that is why I agree with hs opinions more than the other two?

Hope ya’ll had a great 4th of July…..which, btw, you guys still owe France and Spain for bailing you out on that one

Take care, peace out, and love to all

….and if it’s not obvious who I’m talking about, I’ll tell you next episode.

Also, why do ya’ll say 4th of July, yet refuse to use the correct date format for everything else?! Literally the only country in the world who does it backwards
