Mile High Till I Die
Guys that win might not have meant anything statistically and we might have beat a team who benched it’s starters after half but damn that win felt good. This year has been so rough but after that win and after watching Jerry Rosburg’s post game speech I feel like a million bucks. There’s a lot of holes to be filled and there’s going to be a lot of turnover on the staff but this team BELIEVES in each other and continued to fight when there was “nothing to play for”. I believe in these players, I believe in George Paton and I believe in the Walton-Penner family group and I really hope we keep Jerry Rosburg around as a special teams coach or something because that dude is ELECTRIC

MAH BOYZ!
Boy did that one feel good. Broncos Country, let’s sigh…a sigh of relief that we can put this season behind us and focus on the future.
At the end of each day, my wife and I talk about our “high, low, Buffalo” for each day. RK, it’s not what you might think. Basically it’s your high point, low point, and something funny/weird that happened during the day.
So I ask..what is your guys’ high, low, and Buffalo from the season? My high is this win, my low is the Carolina loss, and my Buffalo is probably the 49ers game. Go DNVR and go Broncos!

Actually my Buffalo was the river/ocean/lake discussion because I asked the question and was listening/interacting live as Alex Roberts Fishing on YouTube and Allie referenced my comments…shoot I just revealed my secret identity didn’t I!

My wife works for the Texas Stars (Dallas AHL affiliate) turns out, Jerry Rosburg’s son, Jerad, is a defenseman on the team! Just a fun little connection.

First of all just wanted to say great win, it was a fun game to be at. Totally random question, after the Broncos scored thier first touchdown and one other time after that there was what looked like confetti raining down from the sky. Do you guys have any idea what this is? Thanks for the great coverage!

So far my highlight of 2023 has been Allie muting Henry’s mic before he buried himself in another awful take. “Gym teacher is an easy job…anyone can do it.” “Those are girl movies…” Well done Allie!

I would first like to say thank you to the whole crew at DNVR for making this painful season more enjoyable and tolerable. Without the pod, I don’t think I would have been nearly as engaged as I have been all season. Thanks for all of the great coverage.
On a different subject, I think Zac, Hank and many other people need to apologize to Jerry Jeudy. Everyone was ready to ship him out for a 2nd or 3rd round pick and a ham sandwich if they could get it. Sometimes, the best moves are the ones you don’t make. Obviously, time will tell but I am glad we have him and look forward to what Sean Payton can do with a weapon like that.
Thanks again for the amazing coverage and I look forward to the great offseason pods. Cheers.

I feel a little bad for anybody interviewing for the Broncos head coaching job that isn’t named Harbaugh or Peyton. I mean, at best you are getting that job because the top two candidates didn’t want it. Most likely you’re just wasting your time.
I’m very curious to see how the ownership group dances around the Rooney rule when it’s so clear who their top choices are.
