Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos lose a close one to Demeco Ryans and the Houston Texans.
In the first half, the Broncos weren’t able to get anything going and were very stagnant while the Texans were dominating.
At the half, it was a completely different game with Javonte Williams and the Broncos offense picking it up. Pat Surtain II and the defense started to get things going against Nico Collins and the Texans.
The Broncos put themselves in a position to win the game with 20 seconds left in the game and in the red zone, but unfortunately, Russell Wilson threw an interception that ended the game.

Hey y’all, one play that I didn’t hear talked about was when Jeudy was wide open on a crossing route. At this point I feel that we are still wasting Jeudy. Hit him on a bubble or screen and allow him to make a move.
Also with Mcglaughlin it seems so telegraphed that we are tossing or swinging him the ball. Why are they not finding other ways to use him?
Lastly do you feel that we have seen creative play calls? I just watch so many other teams who have way more creative play design. 49ers, KC, Miami…etc. Where is the creativity from Sean?

I am not mad at Russ for the last interception, it was just a half second too late. Does Sean need to start designing plays where Jerry is the first read? Does Jerry need to start giving Russ presents?
I was really bummed out for most of yesterday, until the last snap of the day. The Chiefs clearly aren’t who Hank used to fear. If we win out, and the Chiefs drop a game to either the Raiders or Chargers, we can win the division, which is crazy. Either way, the playoffs are very much still in play, especially with all the backup QBs ‘in the hunt’.

Super tough loss but I’m gonna stay on the bright side…
We didn’t convert a single third down, and we threw three picks, got an unlucky ball on the strip sack, and STILL had a chance to win in the end inside the 10. Once this team becomes consistent we are going to be scary. I BELIEVE!! Thank you guys for all the amazing content!

Guys, yall talked about how this one isnt a must win, so im gonna believe yall. We will come through, those DBs made CRAZY plays yesterday to get those INTs. I genuinely think that if Sutton had caught either of those 2 long balls on the first drive, this would have been a completely different game. Also remember that Mims PI that wasnt called down field? I thought Sean Payton did what we had been asking him to do, which is take more shots downfield, and we have to live with it if a DB makes an insane play. Also how pretty was that Russ – Sutton TD! WOW!
