The Denver Broncos had their 12th training camp practice on Tuesday. Russell Wilson, Javonte Williams, Jerry Jeudy and Greg Dulcich took the field for Sean Payton’s offense and went up against Vance Joseph’s defense, featuring Pat Surtain II, Justin Simmons, Zach Allen and Randy Gregory. Frank Clark was on the field and had some fiery comments after practice too. Who stood out? Who had the best day of camp? How did Russell Wilson look in Sean Payton’s offense?
On the DNVR Broncos Podcast, Super Bowl 50 Champion Todd Davis, Zac Stevens and Alexis Perry are coming to you LIVE from the DNVR Bar to break down all of the latest news in Broncos Country.

Fellas! And Lady! Just wanted to say how happy I am for Tod (Bam Bam) Davis to be on the show. He’s from my hometown of the Antelope Valley. He’s one of my favorite all time defensive players. He he still comes out and shows love to the kids out here and puts on camps. I’ve never had the privilege to meet him but I loved watching his film when I played backer. Glad you’re still part of Broncos Country! Go Broncos!

Sheesh! This podcast is too stacked nowadays, and it’s just preseason! I’m already in full mid-season DNVR fanboy mode!
On the sports betting story; allegations indicate a gambling addiction may be involved.
The NFL extends outside of sport, to society. I think they’ve fumbled the bag on opportunities to help people in their organization deal with challenges that are more society than sport oriented.
The game itself is relatively unforgiving of mistakes, but there is an underlying idea of fixing those mistakes leading to redemption.
As it relates to players who place bets inappropriately, there is a punishment, but is there any rehabilitation? Especially when there could be addiction involved? Is the idea that it’s “just an IQ test” a cop out?
Everyone can use help sometimes.
That is an important concept to me, because I need to believe that Hank can once again express publicly that he doesn’t think the Broncos will get swept by the Chiefs again.
Cheers,
Arvada Luke

Hey guys
Haven’t commented in a while because i went through a big change in my life, i moved my family from Mexico to the south Florida area, I wanted Denver but the wife hates the cold and as much as i tried to explain to her that in Denver the cold isn’t that bad, she wasn’t buying it.
First congratulations to my guy Zac on his wedding, i hope you and your wife have all the blessings and happiness.
Next congratulations to DNVR, Todd Davis, James Palmer and Alexis Perry?? Wow you guys have come a long way from the days of bsn and the broom closet podcasts, I’m proud to have been a listener since those days and a member since the first day you had a membership. You guys have built a community like no other, and all this with the broncos having the worst stretch in their history. I hope the curse ends this season.
To everyone watching or listening that isn’t a member I highly recommend you become a die hard, i promise you it’s well worth it.
I lost last years bet to Ryan on the teams non qb reaching 2,000 yards rushing, any of you want to take the bet this year? The bet was for 5 annual die hard memberships to people who can’t afford them, who is in?

With a pass rush that seems to be improved (let’s hope so) and a stellar back end in coverage, should we be expecting a rush and cover type D from Vance? Not only is this my favorite kind of D but it sounds a bit like a spy novel, the “Russian Cover.” What say ye?

So the Broncos Defense is bad, right? Just trying my best to overreact to camp tweets!
Just messing with you guys. I’m headed into the season with open expectations, and it’s nice to hear that the offense and Russ have been able to build back after a rough start.

What up DNVR crew. So cool to see Alexis and Todd on the show, both of you have been awesome.
Have any of you seen the first episode of hard knocks yet? I was able to get through half of it earlier today and wow, does this team have 2022 Broncos written all over it or what? The players are treating Aaron like young women did the Beatles when they came to America in 1964. Fawning and tripping over themselves because he can throw a football into a net. Aaron also acting the part by telling Zach Wilson “you’ve never seen that before, huh?” After the crowd cheered his arrival. Did he expect Zach to bow to him there? Maybe he didn’t show up to practice in his own jersey, but come on, man. Get over yourself. The whole thing gave me flashbacks to how the Broncos looked this time last year, and the horror show that quickly followed. Am I right? What did you guys think?
BroncOilers
Since Payton was hired there’s been the expectation that the Broncos will adopt a more tough, physical style of play. I don’t think this team has been that physically imposing since 2015/2016. There was a lot of talk of physicality during Fangio’s run, but I don’t think it materialized consistently. Have you seen/heard anything as of yet to indicate that we’re REALLY headed in that direction? The AFC West needs a bully and I’d love for the Broncos to play that role.

Hey guys, hope my comment makes it and I love seeing Todd, Alexis and so many fire guests. My question to Todd is who were the top 5 running backs that you loved to slam in games during your playing years?
