I just love sitting back on the couch with the YouTube live victory pod on the big screen for the whole house to hear. Just try and make me change it fam….just try it.
WHAT A GAME! Aside from Lock peeing down his leg that was straight up domination. Can’t wait for what is going to be the biggest game we have had in the last five years. I know you guys will get into your game plan later in the week but wanted to know what you think about matching Surtain up on Kelce and then double Hill with a safety over the top on every snap. Is Surtain strictly an outside corner now being our unquestioned CB1? Vic has game planned the Chiefs well but it still hasn’t been good enough to get a W. How would you guys handle Hill and Kelce?

George Paton has absolutely dominated as the Broncos GM thus far. Think about some of the moves he’s made:

Drafted PS2, Javonte, Meinerz and Browning all in the first 3 rounds

CLEARLY upgraded on Drew with Teddy

Signed 2 very good to potentially great Wideouts to team friendly long term deals

Stole Kenny Young

Fleeced the Rams on Von

Fleeced the Lions on Trinity Benson

Oh and we have 11 picks and a whack of cap space next offseason.

No matter what happens the rest of this year, George FINALLY has this thing going in the right direction for the first time since Peyton left and DAMN does it feel good to finally say that. Cheers boys!

The next time I hear Drew Lock’s name it better be because we traded him in the off-season for whatever scraps he’s worth. I don’t wanna hear anybody “Let’s play Drew and bench Teddy” conversations ever again. If there was ever a debate or a question, it’s over.

Now that I got that out of my system… WHAT A FREAKING WIN BOYS! This team continues to surprise me. When they’re bad, they are REALLY bad and when they’re good they look like one of the best NFL defenses in recent memory. Not really sure what to make of this but I think on some level it proves that our win against the Cowboys wasn’t a fluke. Thank God Paton had the balls to draft Surtain over Fields even though everyone wanted a QB

What’s up guys. Don’t comment much, but I will be attending the Broncos lions game unfortunately with a loins fan but he’s a good dude. Wanted to know how soon I can buy two tickets for the tailgate and bus to and from stadium. Coming all the way from Wisconsin so I want to make sure I get them and I’m squared away.

You got me!! Long long long time listener. Making my debut here. My daughter, nephew, Dad and I made it up to Denver for a great game day experience from starting off at the Bar to the bus ride, meeting the couple from the U.K., and thanks RK for the pic at the tailgate. THEN THAT GAME!!!! My daughter was 0-4 feeling cursed. Not anymore. When Surtain got the pick 6. This grown man was in tears watching his daughter so freaking excited. And the ride back, made for a perfect day. Thank!!!!

Lock has proven twice now that he’s incapable of being a reliable backup. Maybe in some parallel universe with a genius offensive coordinator he’s allowed to fail enough to become an average quarterback. We don’t live in that universe and it’s time to move Rypien up the depth chart. Rypien isn’t good but he’s a more reliable backup than Lock.

I hope George Paton listens to DNVR and specially to Mase, Teddy is a good care taker but he is not the guy, the Broncos have to go the way of the Bills with qb, I don’t care if the team makes the playoffs they need to see that Bridgewater will never be the reason a team wins a super bowl.

Teddy needs to listen to Mase too, he needs to throw the ball to Courtland, he might not look open but he makes contested and one handed incredible catches often and even if he doesn’t make the catch he draws a pass interference call, but Teddys conservative nature doesn’t allow him to make those throws.
The post game podcasts are the bomb specially after a win, we in the community really appreciate it.
One more thing, what happened to Andre’s game grades? Those were my favorite articles of the game week, they gave a different perspective on the game. I hope next year you can bring them back.

A thought I heard on the fan this morning- is this the most important game since superbowl 50? I think yes because even in the 2016 season the team was being considered a failure by this time back then. What are your thoughts?

My Boys! Here I am again, hopeful after another huge Broncos win, and ready to get hurt again this weekend – But you just gotta believe! I am seriously considering flying out for the game against the Lions, but I don’t have any time off left at work for the year. I would need to fly out of Columbus that Friday night, and fly back Sunday night, right after the game. Going to keep an eye on flight prices and ticket prices, but this could end up being a very real thing. If so, I’ll be sure to do the Party Bus / Tailgate again, and I would need to keep my suitcase somewhere at the bar (if that’s possible), so I can take off right after the party bus gets back.

Can’t believe I’m able to ask this, but say the Broncos make it to the playoffs and get bounced either in the Wildcard or the Divisional. Would this result be enough to save Vic’s job? What about Shurmer’s? I know there’s a precedent of a team going to the playoffs only to draft a high QB the filling draft (the Bills in 2018) and I expect we’d do this, but I’m not sure about if something similar has happened with coaches.

Personally, I would not mind retaining Vic for one more year IF the Broncos make the playoffs and he gets paired with a young, innovative OC next season. Maybe some who’d take over as HC after Vic? Just so dang tired of the offense we run. Maybe I’m just a hater and need to go along for the ride more.
