Special guest Kay Adams, the host of the Up & Adams Show, joins the DNVR Broncos Podcast to give the inside scoop on Russell Wilson, Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos. At the end of training camp, Adams stopped by Denver and interviewed Sean Payton, Russell Wilson, Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy. What was her No. 1 takeaway from everything she learned? Will Payton and Wilson work together for the long run with the Broncos?Additionally, Sean Payton told Kay Adams that Russell Wilson lost 15 pounds during the Denver Broncos 2023 offseason. Wilson told Adams that he feels great and quick. The same week, Payton admitted that during Broncos training camp, Wilson’s ability to move, run and create plays has really impressed him. With that being said, will Payton build the Broncos’ offense to allow Wilson to run? Will that be a feature of the offense? How important is that to the success? Will Denver’s offense be led by a rushing attack of Javonte Williams, Samaje Perine AND Russell Wilson? The crew also breaks down the biggest takeaways from the Broncos’ second preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers.
On the DNVR Broncos Podcast, Super Bowl 50 Champion Todd Davis, Zac Stevens and Henry Chisholm are coming to you LIVE from the DNVR Bar to break down all of the latest news in Broncos Country.

My folks,
Let’s say that the O Line ends up performing sub par in pass pro for whatever reason and just decent in run blocking … is there a menu of plays that you could run with Russ that would take that into account and be effective? Seems like his O lines in Seattle were often lack luster in pass pro, can the Broncos still be successful if the big boys don’t live up to expectations?

Been a minute since I last commented, but I might need some shady rays with all these stars on pod! Hoping I’m able to make it out to a game this year, and since Todd brought up sushi, what’s your go to sushi order? Much love to the 303 from the 808! Go Broncos! Go DNVR!

So blessed to have someone who has actually done the job to ask this question to:
Todd, when the Broncos go up against dynamic, generational tight ends, what in your opinion is the best coverage answer?
Do you prefer a man or zone scheme when trying to shut down the likes of Travis Kelce?
Nashbronco
Ok Zac,
I’ve given you a hard time about it in the chat a few times but now I must know…are you glad the Broncos didn’t trade all their Wide Receivers away?
No one could have predicted this bad of injury luck! (except anyone who has been watching the Broncos for the last 7 years)

Been a while since I’ve commented, absolutely love you guys and this pod keeps me going through the brutal offseason and helps keep me sane at work. The addition of Todd is high key amazing, Jimmy palm trees popping in is so dope, Alexis Perry is the chefs kiss to the new look pod and Henry is…well Henry so there’s that.
Got that out the way so 2 questions
1.) and chance y’all link up with Chris Harris and his “let’s ride” podcast? (Surprised they can use that name btw)
2.) I don’t hear much about Quinn Meinerz from really anyone. I feel he’s our best lineman period, and I came away pretty impressed with how he handled Arik Armstead the other night. Especially juxtaposed with what we’ve seen from powers so far. Thoughts.
As always, love you guys.
BroncOilers
Given that we have the wealthiest owners in the NFL by a pretty wide margin, I’d expect the Broncos organization to have top of the line everything, especially with Sean Payton now running the football side of things. Do you think there’s been a meaningful improvement as far as the team’s resources, medical/recovery staff & equipment, nutrition, travel, etc? I understand it may not all happen overnight, but a lot of these things seem like they are all things that can be improved relatively quickly, right? I just want to flex on those broke ass Chargers and Raiders organizations a little bit

My Boys, Its been awhile since i commented on the pod but i still listen daily. I really like the great addition to the pod with TODD DAVIS THE GREAT . you guys are getting me pumped for this season. Even though y’all have a resident chiefs fan on the pod. Good thing TODD THE GREAT can counter him out. So a question i have for TODD THE GREAT, is that with the HOF possibly taking 1 broncos linebacker in who would you put as the top 5 broncos linebackers of all time. Also i will be there at the charger in Denver this year i hope to see y’all there at the tell gate. you guys are doing a great job and keep it up and most importantly GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!
Mr.Undrafted
I just wanted to be the last comment! Let’s go! Henry needs to get graded by the Mlbs
