Bum talk Friday = Bum ? Friday. Without naming names of course, please share with the masses any stories of guys being complete bums in camp over the years. Tell us the tales of the loafers, slobs, hacks and butchers. What did they do that we didn’t see? Don’t be afraid to drop some hints.

Hey boys,
The Bolles interview today for lack of a better term was pitiful. TBH I feel really bad for the guy. He clearly wants to be there but he is just as clearly not on the same page with the organization.
Is it realistic to think Munch has found some untapped potential at LT? Hats off to Garret for taking the criticism well at least.

What’s up fellas!
Was it mentioned on the pod that B-Mac was a ref during practice yesterday? I saw that he was the one calling the Albert O catch a TD. If it was mentioned, I missed it!
Also, which linebacker has the best chance to push for a starting job if Todd Davis is sidelined for a couple weeks?
Keep up the awesome coverage guys!
Screw This
How has Bolles looked throughout camp? Last year the surprise cut was Su’a Cravens do you think there will be any this year and if so who?

Hey guys!
I heard a brief WAY to early prediction during the pod once. But with a week of training camp in the books, give me your WAY TO EARLY prediction for the following players/ position groups:
Drew Lock
Jerry Jeudy
The Tight Ends
The defense
If you have time, what is your realistic prediction of all of those listed?
P.S. RK… I don’t blame you for thinking BMac was actually a ref. He really looked more of a ref than an NFL kicker!
Cheers,

hey guys! just wanted to comment on something i saw yesterday;
rk tweeted about todd’s injury and someone underneath said something to the effect of ‘at least the defense is gonna get better now’. i feel like some fans are severely misinformed when it comes to todd.
i know he has his athletic limitations but he’s put into challenging situations as far as coverage goes because the broncos staff trust him more than anyone else to be out there. they also trust him to bark out the playcalls and get the rest of the defense lined up. if he’s forced to miss an extended period of time into the regular season, i can almost guarantee that the broncos will feel his absence in a negative way.
with that in mind, i know vic has commented publicly on strnad and he’s being pencilled in as next man up, but i feel like people might be sleeping on josh watson. he had a good camp last year, and a really good set of preseason games too. i haven’t heard as much about him this year, besides that pick he had a little while back. how has he looked to y’all?

I completely forgot we got Sam Martin until RK mentioned him on the pod. I am so excited that Wadmania is a thing of the past. I’m guessing he has looked as advertised during camp? Thanks for the coverage you guys have been giving us!

Hey guys!
I was just heading out to my local bbq joint for some smoked ribs and had to drop a question before I go. Tough news about KJ Hamler tweaking his hamstring, and hopefully he recovers quickly. I recently saw a profile video of the speedster where a draft guru mentioned how much he liked Hamlers deep-ball tracking ability. He described it as if KJ was doing trigonometry in his head to judge where the ball was going and he was elite at adjusting his speed to run underneath. I’ve heard teammates compliment his route running ability so far in camp, but have you seen anything to indicate he has some elite skills when it comes to the deep ball? I recently saw a video of Henry Ruggs getting blanketed by Damon Arnette at the Raiders camp, and came away unimpressed.

Haven’t commented much lately – mostly because you guys have been covering everything we need so I’ve just been kicking back and enjoying the show. I wanted to say that how you guys are attacking the challenges of covering this camp has been perfect. Well done! This is why there is DNVR, and then everyone else.
I do have a couple of thoughts/questions today.
1. Now that we are a week in, what have you guys noticed as far as how Vic has learned and adjusted from his first camp last year? I know there are obvious differences between the two camps, but I can imagine he has made some changes now that he has some experience. Also, this defense in Year 2 with him is going to be Awesome to watch.
2. I know that we have questions and concerns at our tackle spots, and you guys have talked about our interior O line being the strength but it would be better if our tackles were. I might disagree on that. It seems like the majority of the times teams are able to rattle a great QB, it comes from D Line pressure right in his face. I Obviously wish our tackles were better, but if Drew has that interior wall set, then I trust him to be able to step up in the pocket or roll out if he has to. I like that he should have a nice pocket most of the time to work from because of our stout interior. Just my thought.
As always you guys are killin it!

Hey guys loving the coverage and I have some questions a couple hope it’s not too much …….#1 …. Why do I keep hearing more and seeing more plays (especially in the redzone ) from Albert Ochocinco then about NOA Fant why hasn’t NOA flashed yet ???? ……. #2 is Royce going to make this team geesh he has been silent non existent lol ??? …..#3 I heard reports that if the oline is the biggest issue the corners are the next issue that boyue gets beat a lot and callhan is good but how long can u depend on him is that real or is that a pessimist “fan ” broadcaster …… And I guess my last one #4 ….is McTelvin Agim looking better then Dre’Mont ? I love dremont but I keep hearing more about agim possibly starting.over him them Dre’momts name ? OOPS ONE MORE ….. If kj gets back soon enuff and tyrie Cleveland is too good to ignore does that mean bye bye dionte Spencer ?
Appreciate the feedback GET HEALTHY KJ ?

Good morning everyone!!
Trivia time and I have a camp question. Our Broncos are the only NFL team with a winning record against Brady, but who has the second best record against him?
I’ve heard a few players talk about Coach Fangio evolving as a coach this year and have had very positive feedback about his camp changes from last year. I noticed the schedule doesn’t have the 3 hour daily practice like last year which I believe led to some of our lethargy early last season. What have you guys noticed on the field that he’s doing a bit better? He seems to be a little better at communicating with players this year, has he also given some concessions to the players to make camp less painful, maybe letting them play music during warmups or things of that nature.

Hey boys!
Are you following the Avs much? I think they are the real deal and hope that the Broncos can follow their path. Do you know if any Avs and Broncos players are close?
Thx

Hey Rk, Brian here.
Any news how rookie running back brian parra has looked? I heard he showed up to camp over weight and has been sneaking white claws in between drills? Any truth to this?
(Referencing madden league joke)

Sorry fellas One more from me.
Now that you have seen how the Broncos and other teams are dealing with Covid-19, what is your outlook for the season – from starting on time to getting all of the games in? Knock on wood – You aren’t hearing about any outbreaks around the league and it seems like the teams and most importantly the players are taking this very seriously.

Did Melvin injure some rib cartilage breathing too heavy in the mile high air? Just sayin

MY BOYS! Happy bum talk/fired up/feel good Friday! What a pleasure it was to head into the weekend listening to two Hall of Famers, Broncos, and football greats, Peyton Manning chat with Steve Atwater today, while watching some of the first part of today’s training camp practice. . . . Question: If Todd Davis’s injury keeps him sidelined for a significant amount of time, do you think that the Broncos will sign a veteran such as old friend, Wesley Woodyard or another free agent like Alec Ogletree, or are the Broncos inclined to put some younger and/or untested players into the refiner’s fire? Thank you for the great training camp coverage this week. To all the DNVR Broncos Podcast freeloaders out there, come be all that you can be in the DNVRMY! Have a wonderful weekend. DNVRMY SALUTE!

How has Drew’s footwork looked through practice? Is there any drift? Throws off his back foot??
Just_ice Hold the Water
Hey guys,
Who’s really under preforming in camp? And if you had to go with one running back to be the number 1 right now who would it be and why (assuming Melvin is healthy)?
