Oh god no please no. Russell Wilson is a hard pass. I don’t know how you guys can’t see it. I think so highly of you guys i know you can see through this facade that Russ is elite. You repeatedly say mediocre is the worst place to be and Russ is the epitome of mediocre. Yea he’s good and better that what we’ve had in a long time however most his good seasons and high quality wins are on stacked teams. Have you seen him the last two season and a normal team. Everyone wants to say the hawks are bad rn but they’re really just mediocre and the qb isn’t raising those ships. My brother is a die hard hawks fan so I’ve seen plenty of Russ over the years and honestly he’s qb 10-20. He’s not much of an upgrade. Especially factoring in his price tag both in salary and draft capital. This will look like a prettier wold but at the end of the day it would still be world of suck for years to come. Believe me or not, but remember this post when it all falls to the ground.

Just want too say prayers go out too DT family, I didn’t want too believe it at first ! I remember being 11 and that 2011 season was special. Especially that DT catch in OT against the Steelers. RIP bay bay DB4L forever a bronco ?????

Everyone take some time today to treat yourself to some wings. Because you’re a winner, and only winners get wings.
RIP DT.

Floored – Like the rest of Broncos Country. No one else should wear that number..
RIP, Bey-Bey.

heartbroken about this DT news ?
it hurts that he won’t be around to see himself inducted in the ring of fame but i’m really glad he at least got to retire as a bronco.
selflishly, i think it’d be a fitting tribute to see courtland and tim have dominant games this weekend as a tribute to a guy who helped mentor them when they started their careers in denver

To pay all respect possible to DT….. Greatest WR’s in Broncos history IMO.
1. Rod Smith – could run all routes, beat you deep or underneath.
2. Steve Watson – clutch, found a way open no matter how tough the situation
3. Demariyus Thomas – WR screen.. could go for 8 or 80. Contested catch, good luck to the CB. Could take over games.
4. Haven Moses – silky smooth in a dead ball era, clutch as you can be
5. Ed McCaffery – Perfect route runner, eyes only on the ball. The guy you want on 3rd and long
My heart goes out to the Thomas family, as this is too early. Thank you for sharing a part of your family to make our Sundays just a bit brighter. RIP DT.

This list is to show how valuable he was in Broncos history. Just a way to limit the pain of the loss.

DT was one of the greatest Denver Broncos of all time. That makes him a football legend. But what you are noticing more than anything right now is all of the people who are writing and saying just what an amazing and special person he was. That is his real legacy and something everyone should strive to achieve. RIP Demaryius Antwon Thomas – I truly enjoyed watching you play football and all of the memories you have given me that will last forever. But more importantly thank you for reminding me of the legacy I would like to leave behind when my time here is done.

Prayers to DT’s family. This one is tough.
Great timing Zac with the sirens in the background when you announced your trade idea.

It always feels odd for me to be so saddened by the passing of a person I’ve never meant. I sat in my car after I got home from work and cried. DT brought me so much joy as a young adult trying to figure out what i was supposed to do post high school. I looked forward to Sundays just to see what type of electric plays DT might pull off. He was one of the most exciting Broncos all time in my opinion. I know a small group of fans discredit DT and ill never understand it. I just hope he can still feel the love and joy he brought us all, whether we knew him or not.
Forever 88.

DT signed a jersey for me while walking into the stadium for that classic Thursday night game against the Jets back in the Tebow year. To this day, it’s the only signed jersey I have framed. It’s odd, this feeling of grief over someone you never really knew, but who impacted your life nonetheless. I’m so saddened by this. As a Broncos fan, DT was responsible for bringing me, and I’m assuming all of you, some of the fondest moments I can remember as a sports fan. Of course, the Walkoff miracle against the Steelers….I was blessed to watch, in person, as he galloped to the end zone with Peyton’s seventh touchdown of the game in hand against the Ravens, years later…and again when he hauled in the record breaking 509th TD for Peyton against the 49ers. More than football tho, it’s evident that DT was just a genuinely thoughtful, caring, kindhearted individual with an electric smile. I’m with Mase in being devastated that he won’t be able to return to Mile High and hear the fans go wild for him one last time as the banner lifts and his name is immortalized in the Broncos ring of fame. It’s crushing to know he will never have that moment. I pray he was aware of the positive impact he made on this world before he left. RIP DT. Once a Bronco, always a Bronco.

Hey fellas, excellent coverage of an amazing man and Bronco legend. thanks for making this somewhat easier by giving a forum or support and awesome DT memories! I remember in 2010 betting a cowboys fan who swore Dez would have the better career than DT….yeah, I think I won that bet.
I’m sure you all have already thought about it, but how about a DT shirt, with all proceeds going to the boys and girls club that he supported so much? I’d by 5 myself. Screenshot it Ryan.
Have a great day fellas, and thanks again!
