My God, is Aaron Rodgers is annoying. I get that we’re not entitled to a decision at any particular time but his behaviours just come across as a bit self absorbed and exhibitionist and those are not at all traits I want in the leader of my team. There’s another big name QB on the market who also wants out of his situation, who isn’t engaging in this attention seeking media circus.
Aaron Rodgers the football player is exceptional, we know that. Aaron Rodgers the dude is less endearing, and with a 1-4 NFC Championship record with 9 TDs and 8 INTs, it makes me wonder if Aaron Rodgers is maybe part of the problem in Green Bay’s inability to get over the hump.
If I were George Paton, I’d be giving Russell Wilson a longer look than I’d be giving Aaron, but that’s just me.

Seconded! I’ve had a change of heart on this guy. Too many red flags: age, tiresome persona, intentionally deceitful, lack of playoff success.
Just roll the dice on a qb in the draft.

Been meaning to ask you boys if/when DNVR will have a dedicated UFC channel. I’m no journalist but I’d gladly wax poetic about my crush on Francis Ngannou for an hour a day free of charge.

After listening to Aaron Rodgers on the Pat McAfee show I think there’s a good chance he’s retiring. They covered a lot of ground in the interview but the most poignant theme was of retirement and being at peace with walking away. I think it’s a 60% chance he retires, 30% chance he returns to Green Bay and 10% chance he comes to Denver. George Payton should be calling Seattle and offering up 3 first round picks to get Russ in the building

Hi guys,
Looking ahead, if Denver runs with Drew Lock, who do you see having the first 5 picks in next years draft? Surely a few teams improve and a few fall away, ii still think Drew puts us around 8, 9, 10, too much talent on this roster to not win 6+ games. Cheers

Monday’s pod made me even more desperate for a great QB. Our offense is souped up and ready to go – I hate seeing such good players languish for lack of a productive quarterback. I just want to be back to relevance. While Rodgers is a drama-queen, I still want him in Denver. If not, we’ve got to find a way to get Russ or Kyler.
There are just no other good options. The draft pod scared me off of any of this year’s crop of QB prospects…. If Drew wins enough games to remove us from serious contention for the top of the draft next year, but not enough games to get us into the playoff conversation next year, that’s the worst case scenario….. If we’re seriously talking about snagging Jimmy G, Mariota, Jameis – it’ll make me sick.
I’d rather just do a good ole’ fashion tank job for a season. Hell, I’ll play QB for a season, lose-out and then put us in position for #1 overall. For the love of God we need a solution at this position.

Guys if Rodgers is so in love and wants to make his relationship more of a priority doesn’t playing in Denver where him and his lady can live together make the most sense? He gets to keep playing and making millions while focusing more on his relationship. Just a thought. I will say I am ready for this crap to be OVER
