What is up DNVR?! I started listening to the pod around draft season and have been hooked ever since. I live in Raleigh, NC but am a Colorado native from Conifer (Go Lobos) and have been a die-hard Broncos fan my whole life. I just started a business out here in NC and while managing the stress of getting a start-up off the ground, the DNVR pod has kept me sane. Keep it up fellas.
I was in Colorado this past week, went down to the DNVR bar for brunch with my old man (loved the green chili on the breakfast burrito, loved the RK special), was treated like family and decided it was time to subscribe…. You got me!
OK – question time:
1) What’s the best dad joke in your arsnel? My go to (which, yes, I got from my dad): What do you call a cow with no legs? Ground Beef! What do you call a cow with two legs? Lean Beef!
2) Is this the year that we finally beat the Chiefs? I’m hoping that our D can hold them to 3 or fewer TD’s per game, and that our offense has enough juice to keep us competitive. I’m optimistic that we can get there this year (touch wood!) Am I crazy?

Haven’t commented on a while but with the first week of my 2nd year as a subscriber I thought it was a great time to say thank you to all of you at DNVR for bringing us all of the news for our beloved Broncos, Rockies, Avs & Nuggets in this wild weird and crazy year. The coverage here is second to none recently realized I haven’t frequented any other Broncos pods in over 11 months… but the best part is the community within the DNVR fam. If your not a subscriber getting access to the discord server to talk Broncos without the worry of the Twitter trolls out there is priceless … plus the shirts are awesome; eagerly waiting for my DNVR teams shirt to show up. Thank you again DNVR crew for the best damn Sports coverage out there and the DNVR fam for being the best damn Sports Community out there.

What’s the strangest, post-drinking session snack you’ve ever created that still exists in your pantheon of go-to late night bites because it turned out to be delicious, dank, dope?
Mine is pan nachos – dm me if you wants to know the secret

Getting excited fellas – 3 weeks from tonight and it’s game time!!!
A couple of questions.
1. Is it just me or does Von look HUGE this camp? His arms are massive and it looks like he has bulked up big time from all of the pics and video I have seen. Your take?
2. Will opponents’ fans be allowed in the DNVR bar?
And then I wanted to see if you guys could rate our 3 RB’s on a scale of 1-10 for each of the following.
Power
Speed
Quickness
Vision
Pass Catching
Pass Pro

Howdy, so here is and off the ball question non Broncos related. But how much would you be willing to give to someone like CMC. I’d be willing to go over most quarterbacks and probably give 30 mil a year. Just wanna know how much a weapon like that is worth.

Hey boys,
I kept this as short as I could I apologize in advance. Looking back at 2014; Emmanuel Sanders had 1404 yds, Demaryius Thomas had 1619. We talk about expectations for Jeudy and Sutton and it seems most, at least right now, think the numbers will fall around 800+ for Jeudy and 1000+ for Court…
While I understand Peyton Manning was the Captain at the helm in 2014; is it unrealistic or as Ryan likes to say “Bullish” to think Lock, Jeudy, and Sutton can replicate this level of success by fall 2021? Is it crazy to think Lock could have 3500+ yards… Sutton 1288 yds, and Jeudy 1100 this season? Are we talking about this level of potential? I fear the pandemic will dilute the stats early on, however, when I think about Thomas and Sanders – I can’t help but feel like Sutton and Jeudy could have a higher ceiling

Another taco Tuesday and another great day boys!
With it coming out that Ruggs is going to assume the role that AB was suppose to take on, do you think this is too much pressure for the rookie or will the kid rise to the occasion? I don’t think talent is the issue, but rather experience that would frustrate Ruggs the most.

How confident are we about Demar Dotson starting week 1? I thought he’d be a shoe-in but it seems like he hasnt played too much, if at all, with the 1s. Are they easing him in, or is he actually coming in as a backup?

My Boys!
I know it’s difficult to pick everything from a practice you only get to see in person a every so often, especially when you’re used to being there everyday. You’re doing a great job and as you alluded to in previous pods, I think its added a different and interesting perspective. But I’ve got to ask as a former writer who’s been at a few of these things, how’s the setup for the media? How are restrictions on where you can go and interact as compared to previous years? More importantly, how’s the lunch spread?! Is there one lol?
Keep up the good work guys!

FoLks! I haven’t commented in a few days due to being inundated with work, my daughters going back to school, and selling a car yesterday that I owned and loved for almost sixteen years! . . . With Justin Strnad unfortunately being lost for the season, I circle back to my question from the last time I queried, will the Broncos now seriously consider bringing in a veteran inside linebacker such as Wesley Woodyard or Alec Olgetree? I think that the Broncos need to strongly consider doing so now, especially given Todd Davis’s injury in the second consecutive training camp. Does Strnad’s injury make you more inclined to think that the Broncos will actually sign another inside linebacker? Have a terrific Tuesday. DNVRMY SALUTE!

How much real tackling has the team worked on so far? It’s so weird to me that the season starts in a little over two weeks…I’m slightly nervous about the no preseason games.

A few days ago you guys were discussing way to early predictions and Ryan stated Jerry Jeudy will quickly and easily be deemed the best WR in this rookie class which I wholeheartedly agree with. Have you guys been following any of the other rookies from around the league, and as anyone been standing out to you? I’ve been following the WR class through their respective team’s social media and I would say early on Justin Jefferson is having a really good camp. He seems to be running with the 1’s with Kirk Cousins throwing to him in his early highlights. I’ve also been impressed with CeeDee Lamb and Viska who has had a couple of nice catches. I was a big fan of Henry Ruggs while he was with Alabama, but he hasn’t stood out so far. There’s even a second highlight of another corner, Isaiah Johnson this time, picking his pocket and snagging an INT right out of his mitts. Thanks again for your coverage. You guys are keeping me sane during these crazy times.
