I may be the only one here to have no one in my family / friends supporting the broncos !
And I may be the one who has the strangest love story with the broncos.

It came down to me on summer trip with my parents getting to a summer trip in the US in 1997. Remember a tv screen showing highlights of TD…the passion for the broncos never left.

Also big big big rugby fan (as everyone in France), a supporter of the club “Stade Toulousain” (records the most European Titles right now), so looking forward to listen to the raptors pod !

Heard one of your pods talking about your appreciation for Military and it absolutely warms my heart! I am a third generation sailor who takes so much pride in those who serve, so to hear my DNVR family show much gratitude to the military really put a smile on my face. It really means the most especially when I work nights, and listen to you guys on my way home at 5am!

I hope to reenlist at mile high one day, and I’ll be sure to be wearing a DNVR cap on that field!

It was an odd sight. Denver’s Rich Karlis, the survivor of a 478-player open tryout in 1982 that included 75! place kickers, handled kickoffs and placekicks with NOTHING ON HIS RIGHT FOOT AND ANKLE… by the time his seven-year run in Denver ended, he was the second-leading scorer in franchise history; to this day (2017), he still ranks fourth.

Hello DNVR family. It’s been a while since I was able to listen or comment. The last few months have been very difficult, and trying, as I entered the fire academy. I’m proud to say, I’m officially a career fire fighter. I’m excited to be back, and looking forward to catching up on all the awesome content! You’ve all been missed.

The Broncos Instagram post involving Spongebob and certain assertions about Elway’s drafting patterns is legendary. I encourage anyone who hasn’t looked at it to do so.

Gentlemen, can we please take a moment and acknowledge the absolute worst start to a career that I have ever seen in my life (albeit a relatively short football memory compared to some… Mase)? I’m not a Josh Rosen guy per se, but come on, this dude can’t catch a break. I somewhat liked him coming out of the draft but you really have to feel bad for a guy like that. On the bright side the Broncos chose the best WR in the draft at 15. Who are some day 2 picks whom you would be ecstatic to pick up? A combination of Laviska and either Cussenberry/Biadisz or other OL would do it for me.
P.S. The Broncos should somehow find a way to take Donovan Peoples-Jones because it would be such a flex to have a player with the best name in the NFL.

Love the pick of Jerry Juedy! Gonna compliment Courtland Sutton very well, BUT! Can we take a moment and acknowledge the fact that he does not seem happy to be a Bronco? Watched him get interviewed by Matt Boyer and Courtland Sutton and he was a man of very few words… Not a good look in my opinion.

Well that felt like Christmas morning, having both Juedy and Lamb available at 15 was incredible. I felt butterflys in my stomach for the 5 or so minutes that Denver was on the clock, knowing that we were going to come away with a super star. Can’t wait to hear the call “Lock steps back in the pocket…loads up… throws…. Juedy in space… at 40, the 30, the 20…touchdown Denver”

Here’s the thing, I love that we were able to get Jerry Judy, and we didn’t even have to trade up to 10! However, I am dreading the fact that Raiders might’ve got Tyreek Hill 2.0 in Henry Ruggs. Playing against Hill and Ruggs four times a year, yikes… good thing Elway is investing heavily in the defense, we’ll need it.

I have to say, I started off the draft right yesterday with ESPN on my big screen while listening to your coverage through my laptop. Things got even better by pick 5 when I had switched off my TV and focused solely on DNVR because of the incredible job covering every single part of what quickly became a dream scenario for our Denver Broncos. Seriously, you guys knocked it out of the park!
Jerry Jeudy at 15?! That’s incredible.
Obviously this is all dependant on how Lock performs, but on paper will the offensive lineup of Lock, Lindsay, Gordon, Fant, Sutton, and Jeudy the best the Broncos have fielded since 2013?
Can’t wait for all of the great coverage over the next two days, keep up the great work!

What a fun draft, but is anyone else annoyed with the focus on “Hey there welcome to the NFL, now can you tell us about how you are coping with the way your sibling tragically died and how your gma is slowly dying from covid-19”

Jerry Juedy! I’m so pumped. I was excited to get Ruggs according to many mocks but always felt like we weren’t getting the best. I always felt like Ruggs was just a step below Juedy and Lamb.

And how great is it that Ruggs went to Oakland? Carr doesn’t throw the deep ball. Way to go Oakland.

I am a little scared of the picks by LA and KC though. If Herbert ends up being good it’s scary how good the AFC west will be in a couple years. They pick up Murray too and every one I watched pre-draft loved Murray. KC gets a Swiss army knife RB. Let’s hope we beef up the defense and line on day 2, maybe Jaylen Johnson and Tyler Biadasz?

As a new subscriber, (yep you got me,) I was going to wait until after the draft madness had died down to introduce myself but after catching up on the DNVR coverage this morning, (being on UK time and having a three month old son meant that my plans to watch live may been a little optimistic,) I had to send a quick message to say that unsurprisingly you guys killed it. Awesome coverage of what I’m sure will be remembered as an awesome moment for our Broncos. I won’t even be turning on the NFL’s official coverage of the draft tonight/tomorrow morning, I’m rolling with DNVR.

With the 2020 season seemingly up in the air (as well as the aforementioned three-month old!), I don’t know when I’ll next make it to Denver for a game but whenever it may be, I’m looking forward to making good use of the DNVR Bar – Mine’s a Breck Brew!

Fired up with the pick of Jeudy and not having to surrender any picks to trade up! There’s no limitless options the rest of this draft to secure a few more impact guys as well as some great depth. Looking forward to seeing this team hit the field ASAP!!

It’s almost like how we all kind of thought Drew Lock was our guy after the Senior Bowl last year, and he just kept falling and falling until John took him at 42. But this is an immediately strong draft for Elway! The DNVR Live Draft Coverage was outstanding with Rudo on the switchboards and animations. Having Hank & Dre along was just awesome too. Love you guys. This is amazing.
