My boys! I lost my job due to Covid, then I got Covid, and this stupid freaking pandemic is trying to take our football? STUPID PANDEMIC! Anyway been working two jobs to catch up and have been trying to catch up on the pods! I missed you guys! Anyway, I was reading an article on nflanalysis.net of 4 bold predictions for broncos offense.
1. Noah Fant scores 7 TDs
2. Sutton and jeudy go for 1000+ yards
3. Drew Lock goes for 25 TDs and 4000+ yards
4. Denver ranks top 5 in points and yards
These would be pretty intense, but any chance of any of these happening and if so what would that mean for the broncos? As always thanks guy! Glad to be back!

i’ve noticed a few beat writers say that todd davis has been making some plays in coverage. now daesean hamilton is no spectacular athlete, but i heard todd ran down the sideline the other day with hamilton and forced an incompletion. also heard he broke up a pass for fant yesterday. limited sample size i know, but have y’all noticed an improvement in coverage?

todd’s lowkey one of my favorite players on the team and criminally underrated by the fanbase so i’m happy to hear that it sounds like he’s having a good camp!

I love the level of excitement for Hamler and Jeudy but the biggest guy who benefits from all of these new players isnt Court, its Noah Fant.

I am willing to bet as the season moves along, teams are going to start respecting Jeudy, Hamler and Court so much that they over commit to stopping them at every level. Alls it takes is one deep post route from Noah Fant lined up with some poor corner in nickle to really break the game.

If Noah is half the talent of Kittle and Kelce, who love to run those exact routes, Fants is going to FEAST with all the talent around him. Id be willing to say Denver has the most Wideout talent out of San Fran, KC and Denver (I know that is high praise for rookies).

I Kno it’s weird but I wanna see what the rest of the league is doing and ummmmm lol waiting on some highlights like kj and Jeudy from the Afc west …Ruggs has been unimpressive thus far and listening to raiders media say things like ” this defense looks so much faster “makes me laugh …. As Mase said yesterday the Broncos currently have an embarrassment of riches at the tight end position. With the revelation of Nick Vannett Stellar blocking compounded with the depth, should the Broncos entertain Vannett cross training at Tackle ala Dwayne Carswell who even moved inside to guard at one point if I’m not mistaken?

Yesterday Drew made a comment about how he didn’t want to heap too much praise on Jeudy in order to putting too much pressure on him. Is it possible that not having fans in the stands can benefit young players early in the season? Perhaps decrease the adrenaline on game day that lead to rookie mistakes. It makes the big plays less big but does it also make it easier to overcome mental mistakes?

Also RK got my hands on some Stranahans this weekend…. my girl and I split the bottle. Might be our new favorite. I’ll need another bottle before I say “I do” but I’m definitely feeling butterflies.

They aren’t letting Dotson run with the 1’s because they don’t want people to think that others are just handed a starting spot. They want everyone to compete to their highest levels. Plus have you ever been on a team and felt some people were just handed spots because of who they are? It tears down team chemistry and causes commotion within the team.

Another question and sorry for not keeping it short

Do you think KJ Hamler will get a majority of the snaps in the slot come the start of the season?

We have 2 spots left in the DNVR IDP Dynasty Fantasy League..

For the first year at least, we are using the FleaFlicker website, mainly because it is free. It is a 16 team league, and our only real rule is that we’ll keep scoring fairly even across all positions. Scoring is fairly standard, as is roster setup.

Our full live draft is on evening of Tuesday September 1st, and then again on Thursday September 3rd. Full Dynasty, so Rookie Only draft next year and on.

We have a lot of podcast regular ‘commenters’ as members of the league, and should be a lot of fun. If we can’t fill the last two spots, we have some people in reserve to play for a season if required, but if not, and we can’t fill the spots, can we tempt any DNVR Employees to join? Come onnnnn, you know you want to 😉

Is Hamler open on every play? In All the highlights I’ve seen, nobody can keep up with him.

NFL.com’s Adam Schein posted an article of the top 9 defenses and top 9 offenses in the league which the AFC west was blessed with two teams in each category which doesn’t sound too bad right? Well it does when the broncos didn’t make either list!!! Offense? Okay we are unproven but 7. Raiders, 8. Bengals, and 9. Lions???? i mean come on man. Then on the defensive side I can maybe understand thinking Von has lost his step and we had some injuries that need healed up BUT does that deserve to have this in front of them? 7. Chiefs, 8. Bears, 9. Saints? Am I wrong?
