Gday boys! Maybe it’s a sign of following a perennial losing team over the last 7 years, but I have never felt so good about a loss like I did last Sunday, or Monday for us! While Russ has had some very rough patches throughout the year, I really believe that the inconsistent line play has been a huge factor behind his and the offensive struggles. Last Sunday the offense looked totally inept in the first half. I think it was no coincidence that when the line held up from the latter half of the second quarter, that Russ looked like what we had been expecting all year. With some new offensive line pieces obtained through the draft and free agency, learning to finish off the close games and hopefully some luck with injuries, I feel for the first time in a long time that the Broncos can be a legitimate playoff team in 2023. However, we need last week to be the turning point, so we must beat the Cards and the Rams. If we can also beat the Chargers at home and play the Chiefs competitively like we did last weekend, an offseason that looked so incredibly miserable less than 5 days ago could be full of hope and hype. What’s up gents.
So this weekend I’ll be flying my daughter out to Denver for her first ever Broncos game for her 10th bday. Only right way to do it is at MileHigh.
I took a major L though buying these tickets in the summer when I was drunk and high off the Russell hype. I even bought her first jersey as a Russell Wilson color rush jersey…don’t say anything I feel the same way about it now. At least he played his ass off last game so this week people are a little more optimistic about him I guess and they don’t give me shit for buying her that Jersey … was hoping to be around 8-5 gunning for playoff position. But fuck it I’m going to treat her right and have a good time at 3-10 (she don’t give a shit anyways she just excited to go).
Anyways where is the tailgate located at? I’ll be coming with the old man as well. If we have some time I’d love to stop by…… hate it for Kyler but since we’re playing a backup maybe things are different Sunday?!?!? So you’re saying there’s a chance
