A recieving group and a top 3 defence, like we have now?
My point is, i think he can become the QB we all want with the weapons on offence and a defence that will keep opposition teams scores down! Cheers

I think these tools that Teddy has proved he isn’t the plane but the pilot. The pilot can guide the ship i.e. Tyrod Taylor leading Bills to the playoffs but the bills new he wasn’t “the guy”. The guy or the plane is self sufficient in leading the team to success. Teddy probably isn’t the guy but a transition qb if Drew isn’t the guy or as good as Teddy.
Teddy could be good enough this year to make improvements in the franchise and get us to 9-8 perhaps even a playoff wild card.
But I think if he only succeeds cause of the tools, it means he isn’t a long term solution .

AuthorWith the exception of Hall of Fame-level coaches, don’t they all? And even some of those guys got fired. I think Mike Shanahan is eventually going to be a Hall of Famer, and he got the sack not once, not twice, but thrice.

ok, so this is purely hypothetical and luckily the broncos don’t have to deal with this……but say that mike munchak and bill kollar approached the broncos for a pay raise and the team could only pay one. the one they didn’t give a raise to, quits.
i think most people will lean towards munchak but i’d probably go kollar. bolles is one thing, but i think there’s been more consistent player development under kollar and kollar brings more energy to the overall coaching staff. what do y’all think?

I think its clear that Drew just doesn't have the mental ability to play NFL QB at a high level. No offense to drew. I don't have the mind to be an Astrophysicist either. but you don't see people expecting me to wake up tomorrow and work for NASA. Time for people to adjust expectations and no expect Drew to wake up a new QB. That's not how life works. Are there extreme outliers? sure. But it's stupid to bank on being the outlier.
