I hope this isn’t too long but wanted to respond to Zac about us asking about Vic’s job security …….
#1 … The defense looked flat on Saturday … And we’re going on 2 straight seasons where Vic has the defense looking flat that contributes a lot to why we didn’t win in September the defense not showing up and bad coaching decisions by Vic …..
#2 How Vic has helped Drew’s development has been a failure ….. Like have we forgot a out 2019 and the mystery hand injury that put drew on ir ? Then u let scangs and tc go ? Then in a close QB battle u don’t give drew a shot first because u want the safer Option scared to lose ur job ?
I gave those scenarios because they seem realistic to me ..I think Vic has made some bad decisions in his tenure that has led to us losing idk ??♂️

My boys! I’m so sorry, this is an offseason topic but real quick, my fiancé and I have decided we are getting married in DENVER!!! We live in west Texas and we are coming down Sunday- Tuesday before the season starts to book our wedding venue! Two quick questions, 1. What is the best time to come by the bar to meet you guys, enjoy some food and say what’s up? 2. Any places we HAVE to eat or go while there? I haven’t been to Denver in 8 years when I was a teenager! So I’m excited, sorry for the personal questions right before the season! I’m amped!! GO BRONCOS!

Let play a game of “guess that rookie QB”! Here are the players preseason drives led by this kid:
Week 3:
FG
punt
TD
TD
Week 2:
TD
TD
TD
Week 1:
FG
punt
FG
Hint: Zac and I will be accepting apologies and congrats for being on the bandwagon before all of you. Yes this is only preseason but good start for…

I don’t believe this was read so I apologize if it was and I missed it! Good news I found out you don’t need the Broncos to make you feel horrible for being apart of the fan base, other Broncos fans will do it for you! People are ALREADY living in the past with Drew. He lost the job, it’s over. If there was a case to be made it evaporated with that sack fumble play IMO. Performance by both QBs were similar and that was the difference maker I feel. It was nice seeing the fans in the front row getting excited for the Court TD!!! He lookin fresh out there
Bring on the friggin Giants, I need to be able to bust my dads chops if we win
Your pal Steve

Hey Guys! I truly believe this will be a career year for Teddy. This is the best supporting cast he’s had to date so realistically if Teddy were to have a career year what do you think his stat line would look like? I’m thinking he could have 25 TD’s and 10 INT’s but I realize that’s 10 more TD’s than his best year so perhaps that’s unrealistic. What does a career year from Teddy look like to you guys?

Hi guys,
I feel bummed that Kendall Hinton missed the final roster, I thought he deserved a spot!
But life goes on and it’s a sign we have a really special team without gaps!
I also think the slow start against the rams was because our guys weren’t going flat out and not risking injury, Cheers.

Hey gents , I’m in a survival football fantasy league for the first time. I have to pick a winning team each week and can only pick a team once per season. Can you gents recommend a game this season where you think the Broncos are a lock to win? Thanks for the insight, and stay healthy fellas.

Well, the “fake season” is over, now comes the real stuff. I give George Paton a ton of credit for what he’s done. The roster is brimming with talent, except the QB room. It’s an average room, but with special talent in many places and solid players across the roster, this team could finally step up…..
But I can’t stop this gnawing feeling in my gut, that this conservative 1990’s coaching staff might be our downfall.
Vic – let’s run a time consuming offense, so the defense can rest, FG’s are good
Pat – 2nd and 10, let’s run the ball, as we have the #1 O-line and Terrell Davis in the backfield (Again, Pat, really)
Tom McMahon – We have a great kicker and a decent punter, who needs to cover kickoffs
Anything short of 10 wins, the staff goes (Except Munchak)
Hoping that Teddy has the guts to audible out of Shat Purmur’s predictable offense to give us a chance.

hey guys!
i’m not sure if y’all have talked about this, but if you haven’t what did y’all think about paton being named the 2nd best talent evaluator and the most trustworthy GM already? this time last year, i think elway was the least trustworthy so that’s a big turnaround for the broncos. what do y’all think?
PigTosser66
Great job Mr. Paton identifying roster strengths and weaknesses and making moves that help your team. Love it.
Question fellas : is pocket awareness and movement within the most important trait a QB can have? I know that accuracy and decision making are extremely important but nothing can happen consistently without a QB being comfortable in the pocket and knowing how to work in it. I always knew how important it was but this camp truly showed me just how crucial it is.

Hey fellas! I’m sure this will probably have already been brought up, but thoughts on bringing in Newton? What’s the likelihood of this, and do you think they could bring him in and trade Drew? Thanks for the content, yuh boi Wildcard!

A coaching staff too scared to start Drew Lock are not going to bring in Cam Newton.

Hey fellas, I was listening to the podcast a couple days ago and something struck me when RK was talking about how it would be a shame if Drew went on to succeed on another team because he had so many unfortunate things contribute to his lack of success with the Broncos. I totally agree. But the thing that struck me and has totally shifted my outlook on our QB situation is… Drew’s misfortunes, though real, are dwarfed by Teddy’s misfortunes as an NFL QB to date. I urge you guys to look up the YouTube video “QB with the worst luck imaginable”. I kept focusing on Lock’s misfortunes thinking “oh maybe if it finally goes right for him”. Arm talent is way overrated for success (although it is entertaining); QB is a cerebral position. Because of this, I am now actually more excited for Teddy’s development than I was for Lock’s!

Now that we have settled the QB competition and finished the preseason, we can finally move onto more important topics like if there is going to be a new Madden league with the new game out. I am a Playstation guy and am looking to get in on the action.

Hey guys, long time listener but this is my first post. I’m a few pods behind and just caught RK’s question about Brian Griese and if anyone thinks of the Broncos when they see him. First thing I think when I see him is he threw the pick that lead to TD originally hurting his knee. That dude being responsible for effectively ending the career of a guy that meant the world to the organization is unforgiveable. The fact that this topic is what has made me make my first post, especially since I’ve been a member since the BSN days, is a testament to how angry I get when I think about Griese.
