Speaking of movies, being a father to an infant has you picking up all sorts of weird, socially unacceptable habits, like watching a movie split up over three separate evenings.
Absolutely brilliant getting baby gear in the DNVR Locker. Arvada’s cutest little gal has already had two parades in her…metro area? and has a ton of street cred now with a couple Nuggets DNVR onesies.
Took me all of my 33 plus years to find a sports outlet with immaculate vibes, and the lucky gal gets to be a diehard from day one.

Crushing the off-season pods as usual, boys. Keep up the good work. Have to throw in another great place for a drink. Hotel room balcony beers before heading out to a concert/event.
Anyways. A few years back on the pod there was a solid week period where commenters were signing off with sexual innuendo names. All of them were great but I have a quick story that tops them all.
A buddy of mine that was a year behind me in school called me one day during his senior year of HS. He said he was in line to take a senior picture at the cross town school that he did not even attend. His plan was to give a fake name and see if he could make it in the yearbook. I told him that it would never work. Sure enough a few months later he sends me a picture of him in this random school’s yearbook wearing the goofiest Cosby sweater and a dorky smile. Underneath the picture read the legendary name, ”Phil Mekok.”

Ok so this question might be more your speed, what is your favourite sports movie? Mine is The Blind Side. Always brings a tear to my eye. Until I remember that Michael Oher and the Carolina offensive line were absolute turn-styles in Superbowl 50. Go DNVR and go movies!

Hey guys! I’m coming to Denver this weekend and playing a solo Pleasure Horse show at Z Cycle Shop on Friday. It will be a fairly DIY event in the basement of the bike shop so bring your own Breck brews. The show will start at 7 pm and I’ll go on around 8.
