My boys! We went to Texas and got a HUGE win! In a comment last week I said that my hope for the rest of the season would be that we wholesale commit to the run, we play our young players and rookies to get experience and we beat a couple teams that no one expects us to beat. Much to my surprise, we were able to do all 3 of those things against the Cowboys. It felt so good to see the coaching staff finally commit to the run and see the untapped potential of Gordon and Williams. It was great to see Cooper, Sterns, Browning, Meinerz and Williams get a lot of play time and have such a huge impact. And lastly, it feels so damn good to get such a convincing win over a really good Cowboys football team. I don’t know if today was a fluke or if we can continue to play like this and I don’t even care, I’m living in the moment and I’m enjoying today baby!!

Guys, when are you finally going to give the people the DNVR merch they want? I think I speak for everyone when I say WE NEED AN AUNT JULIE DNVR T-SHIRT!

I had a question about your tailgate next week since I’m going to the game; can you show up to the tailgate if you don’t ride the party bus? I’ll be walking from my apartment but I still want to get down! Also, I’ll be wearing an Eagles jersey (it’s my college roommate’s; he’s an Eagle and gets to travel with the team) but a Broncos sweatshirt under it. Am I still welcome?

My other question today is this: what young guys do you view as starters moving forward? I LOVE Sterns and Cooper, I hope they get more playtime! Javonte too!

Holy cow I loved that game! Being deep in Cowboys country though, I gotta say it was a proud day to don my bright orange hat and Manning jersey.
I hate to admit it but I was ready to admit defeat. I was right there with my coworkers choosing for a Boys win. I switched to the cowboys defense on fantasy. Yup I may have lost money, but if that’s what I gotta do to give our broncos a chance, I’m very willing to take the hit!

This is a playoff team. Fire who you want, broncos country. Let’s wait til after the season for that and enjoy!

In high school sports, the senior class exits and the younger ones come in and take over and develop their own culture. I feel like this is what is going on here. The future is bright!

There are so many great things I could say about this game, but I guess I am honestly just confused. Are we the best damn team in the league like we played today? Or are we a bottom five team like we looked the past few weeks. My heart can’t handle this roller coaster of emotion.

Wow! What can we say? Amazing W. Showed off the depth on the roster. George Payton has to be happy with what he’s seeing from the new and young players. What a performance by the subs on the o-line. Helmet stickers to the whole team! Dallas definitely gave us some gifts, got some luck too, but what a W for our boys in orange! Let’s Go!!

MY BOYS!!!! What a weekend in Dallas! I was not expecting a win, and we definitely shocked the world. Catching my flight back to Columbus Monday afternoon, and I’ll be wearing my DNVR Teddy Strut shirt on my way out. This was my 6th and final Broncos game this year (5th road game). I’ll be watching the rest of the season from my couch, but I am leaving Dallas with a belief that I haven’t had in a long, long time.

And like Ted Lasso says, “I believe in ‘Believe’”.

Let’s go Broncos, long live DNVR!

I’ve now been to 6 Broncos games at differing away stadiums and boy do we travel well. Every away game I’ve been it’s at least 25% orange I. The stands. The people I go with are always very impressed. And it’s always a great time partying with Broncos country.

It was great getting yelled at in the 4th quarter by salty Cowboys fans as I bathed in their tears.

shoutout calvin anderson for having an incredible game! i don’t recall randy gregory having his name called once during the game which is impressive considering the tear he’s been on for the last month! also shoutout zac for asking him the origin of the ? emoji in the presser!

it’s a small sample size, but calvin’s looked considerably better at left tackle than right tackle which doesn’t lend itself well for him being a swing tackle. with that being said, is there a scenario where they try bolles on the right and put calvin in at left tackle if they want him on the field?

Let’s GOOOOOOO. That’s what I’m talking about fellas. Boy did Broncos Country need that!! Finally this defense has the juice that we thought it would. And it’s the young dudes bringing it. Browning, Young, Cooper, Sterns, Surtain – Vic Fangio couldn’t help but get fired up on the sidelines more than any of us have ever seen him. I do not understand why we have neglected finding dynamic inside linebackers for 5 years because when you watch great defenses they all have those guys. We might finally have our Marshall/Trevathan combo back. Browning looks like a player and Young is a dawg. I’m excited to watch this defense the rest of the season!
The offense played with energy and I can’t help but think not having the anchor at tight end dragging it down meant something. Noah Fant hurts this offense every week with penalties and uninspired play. He would be my TE3 the rest of the season. Loved seeing the run game just impose their will on the Cowgirls. I was worried Meinerz might get arrested for assault and battery out there. Just a total beat down in every way. I could go on and on but will end by saying that was the most fun I’ve had watching a game in a long long time.

THESE FREAKING VIBES. Unreal.

I’ve been trying to mature as a human and have less of my emotional energy tied to the performance of our Broncos team lately. It’s been a helpful practice over the past few weeks.

But screw that for now – holy cow do I feel GREAT coming off a HUGE dub like that.

I loved the helmet stickers for everybody, but I’m not sure if I heard Albert Os name – give that man a sticker!

I think too much of the defensive success yesterday has been attributed to the Von Miller trade. I noticed the new Inside Linebackers are gelling really well. Baron Browning and Kenny Young were flying around and have solidified the interior of this defense.

I know I’m going to be the Debby downer, but I can not trust this team. I am celebrating the big win against Dallas, but I just don’t see them continuing this type of play. There is not much from the past 5 years to make me believe that they will be able to consistently play tough against the best teams. I hope I’m wrong but I have burned too many times.

It was great to finally meet some of you for the Tailgate & Party Bus a few weeks back vs the Redskins.

Disappointed I wasn’t able to meet Zac and Mase though…I was looking forward to hearing Zac’s laugh in real life!

Was also great to meet Aquaman & his Shelby Harris lookalike friend & Kyle from Baltimore!

The game was very underwhelming however…so much so that I actually fell asleep a few times…does that make me a bad fan? I blame it on going too hard on the Breck Brews at the tailgate…I didn’t account for the difference in alcohol % in Colorado vs Utah.

I was wondering if you guys are planning on doing a Super Bowl party at the bar in February? If so I’ll definitely make the trip. I can get plane tickets out of Salt Lake City for $50 round trip. That’s a no brainer!

Anyways my question for the day is…what could we get in return for Noah? I’d rather have Trey McBride over him. He gives me George Kittle vibes. Could Noah net us at least a 2nd that then could be used to get Trey? Trey & Albert > Noah & Albert

I think trading Von may open the doors for guys like Simmons to assume full leadership duties from here on out. Its hard to be an emotional leader when you are not the best player on your team and that said best player isnt really getting the job done.

4th and a foot, The Broncos best player stepped up. When Justin made that TFL on Zeke and then exploded with more emotion than I have ever seen from him, I knew the defense was up for the task.

Cooper and Weathlerly were relentless and never gave up on a play.

Maybe Fangio feels relieved right now. No more forcing a Square peg into a round hole on his defense.

Tim Patrick is an absolute beast, it’s time to start working on locking him up before his price gets out of control.

Also love to see Jerry Jeudy gutting through the injury and making plays. Jerry showing a ton of toughness to be out there with the boys! Awesome win boys!
