I know it’s early, but have you seen any noticeable improvements to Drew’s game? If you have what are the improvements? What are the areas he still needs to work on?

Hey gents no question, but I do want to tell you about the best PB&J I ever had. It was at a restaurant in Baltimore (feel free to omit the name of said restraurant) Rocket To Venus. They made the PB&J with grape jelly, dipped it into pancake batter, then deep fried it. But wait there’s more. After frying it they then put a scoop of ice cream, and whipped cream on top. I’m drooling thinking about it, and want to take a trip there just for the sandwich.
Thanks for all the amazing content, and have a great day!

Okay okay so do you guys prefer crunchy peanut butter or creamy? Creamy is the TRUTH!! On a more serious note, who is the most overrated player on the Broncos and who is the most underrated? My most overrated player is Melvin Gordon. (Sorry Melvin, you’ll prove me wrong this year). My most underrated player is Tim Patrick with Drew Lock in a close second…

Which wr/te do you think benefits most from one qb winning the job over the other?
To me, seems like Sutton would benefit most from Lock’s willingness to throw in tight coverage while Juedy would benefit more from Teddy throwing those soft and short anticipation based routes.
Thoughts?

Sorry to chime in again but just saw NFL will just now finally quit race norming (i.e. using the incorrect assumption that black athletes are naturally dumber than white athletes when assessing brain damage claims as method to deny claims by black athletes).
How the heck was this still going on and up till today? Crazy.

Salutations
When a hitter swings at a ball and strikes out, then the catcher misses the ball and hitter has to run to first and get thrown out, meaning he basically got out twice in one at bat.
Is there any occurrence in other sports this humiliating?

Move on from Phillip Lindsay? If by move on you mean accept he’s not on the team anymore, then yes of course. But we should still make tongue-in-cheek comments about Mike Boone and Lindsay and think about how guys like Javonte Williams and Boone stack up against what we could have had in Lindsay. That’s part of football, sometimes we’re going to think of the players our team parted ways with especially compared to the players brought in to replace them and how they perform and especially based on how logical or illogical fans feel those decisions to part ways are.
Let’s never forget how much the pro bowler contributed to this team with his back to back 1000 yard rushing seasons while on bad offenses and his incredible and basically unparalleled lack of fumbling. Arguably the most accomplished contributor to this Broncos offense in the past few years.
Still need to change my name btw.
Also, Mase’s mic seems to regularly be a little lower than RK and Zac’s. Not a big deal but figured I’d point it out.

Yes, I have noticed that.

Hi guys, finished work yesterday and decided to re-live “The drive 1 & 2”. 2 is my favourite, coming back to defeat Moon and the Oilers, overcoming two 4th downs to get the W, and bless Gary Kubiaks hands on the winning field goal! Now Ryan and Zac, how can you not have watched The Blues Brothers and Fletch at least 10 times, absolute classics and upmthere with Animal House as the funniest movies ever made.

Hey guys!
1) Whoops, missed my cue. So who’s the one saint you didn’t like, but would’ve been great on your team?
2) Zac and Rk, who’s the Buc you never liked, but would’ve loved in Denver? And Mase, to flip it on its head, who’s the Buc you loved, but wouldn’t have liked on any other team?
3) For Mr. B and Grubby. GoAvsGo!
4) If Dree Lock is working on his short passing game, and Teddy Bridgewater is working on down the field action, will the competition come down to who can better cover the other’s strength? And is it concerning that they are focusing on their weaknesses and not on honing their strengths?

Va Beach Broncos
Hey gang — thanks for terrific pod. As a quick reminder, “Virginia Beach Broncos” consists of myself (Bill, a father of 6) and my 13yo son David (the youngest). Even though he’s only in 8th grade, with all these older siblings either preparing for, in, or graduated from college, he’s thinking about his future, and has decided that something in the “sports analyst” field is where his strengths lie (we joke with him that he’s the “Mace” in our family).
So my question is, what advice would you give to your 13 year old self if your goal was to be where you are today? Is a degree in “sports management” important? Do you think playing a variety of sports is important (he’s only played organized soccer, but is interested in all sports). Any other words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
