New uniform take: It’a a no brainer. Leech said that they want to be forward thinking while honouring our history and acknowledging that we’ve won 3 Super Bowls with this current jersey.

The Color Rush jerseys check all the boxes; modernizes the look with a simpler, cleaner style, reintroduces the classic design of the Orange Crush days, AND keeps the orange and navy of the championship years. It’s also pretty low risk because they already sell well and are popular with fans.

I know some people really want a return to the old D logo, but the Broncos currently have one of the best brands in the NFL. It’d be throwing out the baby with the bathwater if we were to change the logo and the colour scheme just because the uniform styling is dated.

Take Color Rush helmet and jersey, swap out the retro logo with the current one. Reverse the colours on the pants to make them white pants with navy/orange striping. Done.

Also, forgot to add having all white away jerseys in that style like the Bills ones and the Ninets alternates would go hard.

Hey guys! Great coverage and input on the roster, I was surprised to see Hinton released but hey, in Hackett I trust.
I want to announce my excitement to come up from South Texas for the home opener against the Texans! Since this is Wyo-Bronco’s first home game, we went all out with great stadium seats, the VIP tailgate and game bus tickets and an airbnb blocks from the bar.
This will be our first time visiting the DNVR bar, a trip I’ve been looking forward to since 2020, do y’all have any top food suggestions?

Anyways, onto more important things…I believe I’m owed a “formal apology” for correctly predicting that Rypien would ball out vs the Vikings and win the backup job when y’all were convinced it was already Josh Johnson’s.

I can’t understate my excitement that double uno is now available to be swooped up by its rightful owner. Just goes to show how powerful speaking things into existence can be. The football gods were definitely listening.

One more thing…I was dying yesterday when RK was talking about how a fan at Training Camp said Kendall Hinton was better than Jerry Jeudy as I also overheard many outlandish comments by the Facebook fans who were sitting among me on the hill. Gotta love em.

Regarding the Special Teams play, I’m really glad Stukes got his guys. I have a feeling Green Bay’s ST woes in the playoffs last year had something to do with Hackett’s willingness to give up some premium spots on the two main units for guys who can majorly contribute in that phase. While the margin for error is not as razor thin as it’s been the past few years, being able to have confidence in that phase of the game can only help the team, right?

How many Numbeez would it take to bring down 32 Janos?

It was interesting that they were able to have both back up QBs as Josh Johnson was not subject to waivers (vested vet). I don’t know if a team would have grabbed Josh or if 2 backups really matter but like chess move.
