Is it just me or would Brett Rypien make for a great Patriots style QB…. I mean think about his aptitude in conjunction with mastermind Bill. Needless to say we better keep him around he’s the one seed Scangs left behind for us to cultivate.
Secondly I’m hearing a lot of tank for Trevor talk (some of which has mitigated since beating the jets), however idk about you guys but I’m 100000% on the tank for Penei Sewell train. In the off chance we were able to grab him how do you see him fitting in on our roster w Juwaan coming back and Bolles coming off his best season yet (I’m speaking it into existence). PFF put an article out that had him ranked as a top 10 graded tackle through the first 4 weeks ?

Also Mase…. MUTED!! hahaha. Had to give you a hard time for being muted in that Fangio presser.

Andre the Giant and Spudd Webb walk into the DNVBAR – what are you fine folks cooking/pouring for these immortal greats?

Radio interviews are like onions. They have layers. I like my interviews like parfait – also layered. DNVR = Parfait. Balanced, layered, nuanced and really difficult to pronounce sometimes.
Good to see some healthy self deprecation by Zach on Twitter, and nice to hear insights from you into the dudes character. People make mistakes. Stokley needs to get the *beep* off Twitter though – he is not doing himself any favours in his odds vs the rusty spoon.
I wrote a very very very long post no one wants to hear so I paired it back so we can get back to important topics like; Bubblegum ice cream, the superiority of crunchy peanut butter, why straws are definitely not tunnels and why yeasty spreads are better down under.
But perhaps my favourite new topic for discussion, is why Andrew Mason felt the need to calculate his Giant Height By
1. Stating his current height in feet,
2. Converting his current height into inches
3. Multiplying his inch height by 10
4. Converting the inches back into feet.
Mase?
So Broncos getting flexed to prime time. Boxer shorts and 9am beers! Wooooo
But I do wonder who Rob Kraft had to get into a massage parlour to pull this one off (pun, very, very, very, much intended).
How much money Cam plays?

Cam playing? That was my immediate thought. I smell a rat. Cam is obviously playing, and Kraft got game delayed deliberately for it #amitooskeptical

Hey guys, first time commenting in a long time. My thoughts on the interview were initially negative but after listening to the pod I think my negative view of other shows on that channel and the channel vibe in general gave me an unfair view of their intentions. Thanks for the insight. In general I am still hoping Cam doesn’t play on Monday but, health and love to all. Fine line to ride here, I want him to stay sick but not sick enough to be concerned. Maybe just continued positive tests while he feels better. Haha. chunky peanut butter is superior. Don’t @ me

Ohhh ok now I’ve figured it out.
We are playing Monday because ESPN is PISSED they missed ad revenue last week with a competing Monday night game. So not only are we playing earlier, but we are on ESPN, so they can make back the lost revenue.
So confirmed – ESPN got the kraft shaft treatment.

Gentlemen!
Time to stretch so you don’t pull a hammy on this weeks addition of 58 yard field goals.
This week Ojemudia will have two passes defended, two tackles for losses, and two INTS one of which will be a game clenching pick six! Then a feast of crows will be served family style to all his haters.
Kick away gents! Laces out.

Two points….
One; I can’t wait for the Tailgate this Sunday, for obvious reasons.
Second point; I have a hypothetical question that I just heard on another podcast, that I thought was fascinating. What do you think about the genius idea of making the Extra Point kickable, but ONLY by the player that scored the Touchdown? Firstly, it would obviously be hilarious, second, they would go for 2 more often than not, and would add an interesting dynamic to the game. Specialist Running Backs that can kick might come in on goal line runs. Someone like Suh, who was for years, the Lions backup Kicker. Or would they just go for 2 all the time? Who knows..
Kickers have improved to the point where they have broken the original game. Moving the XP was a good move, and this hypothetical is a bit silly, but quite interesting to think about nonetheless.
Roll on the Tailgate this Sunday, as there will be some curled lips and screwed up faces for sure.
Peace out and love to all

It wasn’t bait, it wasn’t asked without tact, it was a question that was on everyone’s mind… but… I’m still not convinced it was a good question. I think that interviewers should think about what answers can come out of questions before asking them. No athlete should ever tell media that they are going to take a paycut, it just doesn’t make sense. When the only reasonable response to a question is “I’m not discussing that”, there’s no reason to ask it. I don’t think that “not having other questions to ask” is a good reason to ask an unanswerable question.
Now, I also think that Von is very much in the wrong here. He needs to recognize that the media isn’t on any side, they just want to ask the questions that are on everyone’s minds. Von reacted poorly, maybe about as poor as he could have. This should have been a non-story but Von made it front-page.
